  Fresh ingredients and such delicious food! Excellent service too! Catered our last event with them - and it couldn’t have gone better. Easy to work with and our friends raved about the food! Loved it!

  Hospitality at its Worst:
  Nov 29, 2017 went around 11.50am. About 12 of us had a lunch reservation at Vagabondo.
  Went sat looked through the menu. The waiter came around 12.10 and we were about to order. One of our guys asked if we could order from the express instead the menu as he had a meeting at 1.00pm. The waiter cautioned that the space reserved was for menu orders only but since were already there and not all of us were to get express he would allow us. As some were getting ready to go to the express, and i was about to taste the bread the manager came up and ordered all of us out of the reserved space to the area where express takeout patrons sit. This was a farewell occasion to one of our colleague. I got disgusted the way the manager treated and walked out. I go for lunch to Vagabondo once in a way. Will not step into this place that lacks basic courtesy and hospitality.

  Amazing for lunch. They have a lunch time hot table with fresh and tasty lunch options including salads, chicken or veal parmigiana, sandwiches, Pasta, and Pizza. You can dine in or take out. I think they have options as low as $5, but I am usually about $12 in with a Pasta, parmigiana sandwich with extra toppings.
  
  If you like Italian food, and you are in the area for lunch, this is a must try.you'll keep going back

  I celebrated my girlfriend's surprise birthday party here last week and I was absolutely blown away by the service and attention to detail this restaurant provided. John (the manager) made this event truly special for my whole party. The food was phenomenal and personal attention was given to every dish. It is by far the best service I have ever received at any establishment. Highly recommended!

  Went here after my graduation with my family. It was 4:30 on a Tuesday and rather quiet. We were greeted promptly and sat on their lovely patio. Our server was new but very professional. We ordered drinks and appetizers - everything came out quickly and was delicious. The mains came next and the pasta was amazing! They were big portions so we all took leftovers home.

  We were a party of 30 and went for dinner with family and friends after a graduation ceremony. The service was excellent, servers went an extra mile to offer a personalized and exclusive service for this special occasion. They let us choose where we wanted to sit, quickly set the area for us, and they even gave a free drink to each of the four graduates. They showed a very positive vibe and had a smile on their faces during the entire time which I know can be hard when managing a large group. The food was amazing! Great quality, tasty flavours, delicious, and really good portions! I would recommend Vagabondo 100%! Thank you!

  Great service and they accommodated my veganism by making slight changes to some items on their menu. I appreciate that. Our waiter was super friendly ( not in an annoying way). I went with a stroller and sat in the patio. It was a bit tight walking through the restaurant to get to the patio with the stroller. That's the only reason I have it a 4 star rating.

  Friendly people, I went for the express lunch combo. Got lasagna and caesar salad. The lasagna is okay pretty average, but they put a mayonnaise/butter like sauce on my lettuce as "caesar" dressing. That was quite gross so I basically paid 12$ for a small piece of lasagna because I couldn't be bothered to walk back and complain.

  We had a great meal. We were in Toronto during Winterlicious and took advantage of their special menu. The food was very good. The waiter couldn't be more friendly and the service was quick. We were not looking for a fast meal but it is always nice when the food arrives without waiting.

  The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. One of the people from my party forgot a pair of eyeglasses and when she returned to collect them, she was told that they were locked in the manager's locker and that they couldn't get them for her. Three days later, the manager had still not called to arranged mailing the glasses to the guest. When an African-Canadian friend showed up at the restaurant to collect the glasses he was rudely dismissed as being an Uber driver rather than being greeted as a potential customer. Food was alright.

  Wow! ! Best meal I've ever had.
  The starters were to die for, the mains exquisite and the dessert was outstanding.
  Couple this with the fantastic first class service and this could be one of the best restaurants that I have ever been too!
  I can't wait to travel to Toronto again just to try their amazing food again.

  Great patio for those summer after work beverages. The staff is fantastic as well. Haven't had a chance to eat there yet, but will definitely trying it out soon
