As always, had a wonderful buying experience at City Buick. Van is a wonderful sales person who makes the shopping and buying process easy and seamless. Not only is he knowledgeable and friendly, he's always an absolute pleasure to work with.

I own a pick up truck and bring it here for service. They treat you with respect and don't keep you waiting long. I was surprised to receive a voucher for lunch which was on them! The staff is courteous and the service is great!! And they have comfy massage chairs you can enjoy while waiting. The guys in the parts department are very helpful and very informative. I live in Innisfil and I refuse to bring my truck anywhere else but here!!

Billy Chang provided the best service I have received in my search for a used Car.
I searched for weeks for a new car, countless test drives. I couldn't find the right car at the right price. Many salesmen were hopeless.
I stopped by Autopark on Victoria Park Avenue when I was driving by one day. Billy came out to greet me and I mentioned what type of car I was looking for ie. make, model, year, kilometers and price point. I didn't think anything would come of my meeting, however, several days later Billy phoned to advise that he had located a car that I may be interested in. In fact, he had found a car that met all my criteria.
Billy was eager to find me the right car, his communication with me was excellent. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even after when I had some follow up questions. He was ethical and honest and provided me with a fair price and was great to negotiate with.
I am very happy with the car and the purchase process was pleasant and easy.
I would highly recommend Billy and he will be the first person I approach when I make my next car purchase.

Great in customer service. I bought a new Camaro from this dealership. Sales representative Adelina Dong is awesome. Adelina is really patient, fully transparent with customer, cheering, and never let her customer get upset at all. Moreover, she has full knowledge of products and services.
I had been to other dealerships too, they were not good at customer service. Other staff is also cheering from where I got my car. I highly recomended if you want to buy Chevy car go to Adelina. She is best!

Awesome experience at city gm. I go to a lot of car dealerships and I was really impressed by city. They have a really big and great inventory the showroom was big and well stocked and all the cars where unlocked so you can check them out. The staff was nice too. It also looks like they had a nice cafeteria for customers. Overall if I was buying or servicing a gm product I think this is where I would want to go

Last night I pulled into City and it was just as they were about close. As I was driving home which is two hour drive and I was concerned if the car was safe to make it home. Goran was very kind to have one his guys take a look at the car to ensure it was safe to do so. Marvin inspected the car thoroughly and assured me it was safe to do so. This is exactly the kind of customer service that is lacking and when you get it you are kind of shocked that it still exists. I cannot thank the guys enough as it made a long drive less stressful knowing the car was safe to drive. Thanks Goran and Marvin you guys are awesome.

Awesome!

I bought a 2017 GMC Canyon (Denali Version) from City Buick-GMC and I am so happy with how the entire experience came together.

From the time I walked in just to "browse" (little did I know I'd be driving a brand new truck a week later) Salesperson Jim and Manager Russell treated me with such respect and honesty that I knew immediately that this was not going to be a typical car buying experience. There was no "sales pitch", no pressure, and in the end, no problems. They just wanted to know what type of vehicle I was interested in and took it from there. It just so happened the particular truck I wanted to see was not easy to find so they searched all of Southern Ontario, found the exact truck that I wanted, and brought it in for me to test drive. In all honesty the vehicle and the incredible customer service was what sealed the deal - isn't that the way it should be? Jim and Russell just made sure that I was happy all along the way and what a refreshing change that was to past car buying experiences.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough and truly do thank them for getting me my dream truck!

One of the best GM dealers. Sales rep, at least mine, was professional. Used all the right words. Never offended potential customers, at least not me. Never pushy but kept in contact. I've been to flagship Lexus dealership, this one is competitive.

Brought in my Equinox just after I bought it for the recall work that the previous owner did not do. Service consultant Goran Delic was awesome. Professional, courteous, helpful and willing to see everything was done properly. The work was done in a timely fashion and I was impressed on how well the re-paint of my doors was completed. Looks like new! Completely recommend this dealership and will make them my service home. Thanks so much Goran and City team!

Best service ever! You don't feel rushed or pressure to make a decision. Jim Bell is fantastic and definitely went the extra mile for us. He provided us with options within our budget and always willing to answer our questions. While shopping around at the other dealerships, we never heard back from some of the sales consultants but Jim answered the call every time!

Great experience buying a new Chevy Cruze from City. We got a great deal, low interest rate and personal service all the way through. The car was ready when promised and all the paperwork was taken care of. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Our sales rep was Van and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy. The process was as painless as can be. Can't thank them enough for making an awful experience (car totalled) into such a great experience. Thanks again to the entire staff!
