Toboggan has a nice look and pathetic menu. For the price I would rather go to Jack Astors. I witnessed a group of students being harassed and mistreated by their staff - horrible way to treat young people. Their beer is not the greatest and I've experienced my cans being half filled at times. They don't take my requests about the beer seriously. Don't waste your money at this pathetic place.

Great service. Prices were good. Tried a few things a long with some of their beers. Bacon bomb burger was excellent. Although the place was packed we could still chat at our table at comfortable volume

Have been to Toboggan many times. Great place for craft beer and delicious food. Atmosphere is cozy yet very modern.

I can't comment on the beer, I'm not a fan of microbrew. Food and service here is fantastic. Try the beef brisket pizza with a side of their amazing baked beans. Can't go wrong with this place

Was there last night! Very busy on a Saturday night and this was my first time there! Jess T was our waitress and was an excellent hostess! The management was also excellent! They refunded me a meal as they felt it was not up to par! I said don't worry about it and ate it up and it tasted great however they insisted! All in all it was great experience for my first time there and I will be back! They clearly showed me that they care about their patrons. Good food! Good service as busy as they were. I can see why it is so popular.

Sat out on the balcony which has a great atmosphere in the summer months. The in-house craft beers are the reason to go. Lunatic Fridge is really good, however, I believe they ran out when I was there (on tap at least). Had an appetizer which was good. Customer service was okay.

The beers are great but the food is meh. If you're going to put BBQ on your menu it better be good. The brisket was dry and tough, the pulled chicken tasted like campfire and had the texture of mush, the pulled pork barely had any taste or smoke to it and lastly the Carolina sauce was no where close to what it should be. If you guys need help with BBQ email me. This place has serious potential but the food is seriously lacking.

The service is pretty hit and miss on the patio.

Great beer , great food , great service. The beer is good, we really like the lunatic fridge.. The roasted beet salad was fantastic. Best salad hands down. MY waitress was really friendly and quick to take my order.

This was my second time at Toboggan and I happened to show up on (what I think must have been) an unusually busy Saturday at lunchtime. We got the last table for two inside -- the upstairs patio looked packed.

Our meals were delicious (both the Roast Chicken & Cuban sandwiches were awesome) and the beers were very well-priced. The side of frites is large enough to share. Service was friendly and attentive, especially considering the size of the crowd both inside and out.

We'll be coming back to try the pizzas next time. Thanks for a great meal!

They have some amazing food & drink choices! Although their drinks were kind of strong (for me anyway) their staff is so friendly and helpful. They were always checking in as we had quite a few people at 1 table plus they have their own brewery. Its a beautiful, modern, clean pub with family friendly atmosphere as well.

If I would have written my review after the first time I went, it would be 5 stars. I loved the vegetarian tacos and the beers were so great. The patio atmosphere is casual and lively, without being too "bar-like". It's a very well decorated building and overall it was a good time.

The reason I knocked a star off was because the food was very different the second time I went, despite ordering the same thing. The tacos were flavourless where they used to have spice and the tortilla was soggy this time from watery filling. I also had the cheese platter which was difficult to eat with or without utensils. There are no sauces included to glue the toppings to the cheese so everything sort of rolls off the cheese slice, making it a struggle to get it all in your mouth at once.

    Service is good.

The atmosphere and the people are great. The selection of beers is plentiful. The prices are on the expensive side for everything and service can be slow at busy times

I've never felt compelled to write a bad review before, but, while the pizza is great, the rest of the food is hit and miss. More importantly, the service is almost consistently awful. I can handle being left alone for 10 minutes, but when it's dead and there are 5 servers socializing at the cash register for minutes at a time and I'm able to drink my entire pint before being asked for my food order, it's too much.

I can only recommend this place for beer, not much more.

Great beer list, and the pizzas looked amazing. I had the fries and they were great. My buddies who had the brisket said it was dry and wished it came with more. But honestly worth checking out. You can buy growlers of their house beer as well, which is great.
