My experience contacting Brad Courtney from Tilbury Concrete for a minor incident that happened was a very positive one. I didn't want to complain and from the moment Brad took my call he made my concerns feel valid. I was impressed with his friendly nature and the promptness with which he handled my call and issue. Brad definitely portrays superior customer service and you gave me a very positive feeling dealing with Tilbury Concrete!!

bunch of crooks. Their guys came back at night to steel lumbar and building material using their company truck and their boss covers for them.
