Windows are nice but not worth all the service hastles. I am a single mom with young kids at home and my window is stuck open. Has been such this way for over 2 months now and no resolution! No one will return my calls, my kids safety is at risk as well, since one of the bedrooms is at the back where the window will not close. Currently have a garbage bag over the window just to keep the rain out. Guess I know who I'll be sueing if I get broken into through that window!

Windows are beautiful. Follow up service is horrible. No one returns phone calls. We are just trying to find out if our windows have a warranty and it's been months. When you call or stop in there is no one available to help

Love my doors however had some small adjustments that needed to be made and had to call several times to get someone out. Disappointing that the follow up took so long. Took several weeks for it to be finalized. Also the doors were supposed to be installed 6 weeks after ordering. It took 9 weeks and noone called to let us know about the delay. Nice doors poor customer service.

Terrible Service and follow up! Warranty issues! no call back, Been calling for months. I get the same response from Jennifer, "Some will be calling you" I have left several messages for Elise the owner, with no call backs. unprofessional, unacceptable, unreliable!

the crank windows are very good.. DO NOT BUY SLIDING WINDOWS!! they leak and apparently thats there spec. i had video and pics of the pool of water i had in my basement just from watering my grass and the sprinkler hitting the window. i also had video of a friend who bought sliding windows 10 -15 yrs ago and did the same test and guess whatNO LEAKS !! so b.s. that there the same!!.they did nothing except say i can upgrade again b.s.!! so i let my friends, family and people i work with know its not worth going with them.. i went with them because there local, not anymore.. i guess the new generation running the show don't really care because grandpa built the reputation !! but hey that's my opinion..good luck to everyone else..

Ok so we ordered windows and doors September 23rd was told 6 to 8 weeks for instal, finally December 15th a crew came put in the windows did not cap them on the outside or trim on the inside. Another crew showed up around 3 in the afternoon and installed one door and again did not finish it. They were suppose to be back in the morning but now have told me they have no one to send here to continue with this job, but they will work Saturday and Sunday to finish it knowing, full well we are getting a snow storm and freezing rainI am so frustrated with Meloche windows and doors.

Decent windows and door.TERRIBLE service is an understatement. It took over 3 years to get 1 front door hung and installedand it still isn't right. I give up on this company and will NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy (ok, well maybe an enemy)!
