Better than Sobeys, but still not the best kind of cheaper looking inside than it's competitors. Have heard some bad things about the management too.

Still new to shopping here, but everything is well arranged and convenient to find and staff is helpful if I'm looking for something uncommon for me and have been at a loss where to look.

Favourite grocery store in Amherstburg. Good prices, reasonable selection, and the right size for weekly shopping.

Love the staff, they are friendly and helpful! This is my main shopping place for weekly groceries and it really is less expensive to shop No Frills.

Store seems nice and clean. Cashier began to pack my bags then stopped and watched me struggle to finish the job and put bags back into the cart while holding my upset baby. I know it's "No Frills" but a little help when it was obviously needed would have been nice.

The cashier's are not usually helpful. Often my groceries are bunched and scrunched at the end of the conveyer belt. They don't help you pack them. Most of my experience is that they're talking to each other and are ignoring you the costumer.
They are often good deals on groceries. The other staff have always been helpful when asked.

Though I am a fan of "frills" what they have to offer in variety, fairness of cost, and layout of their products is pretty nice. Always a worker somewhere nearby to help find anything particular, and the cashiers are kindly but still quick to get the customers through at a steady pace. Nice place.

Great customer service, but the quality of their produce sections is either a hit (85% of the time) or a flop.

Their prices are fair and competitive. They also price match and that really helps. The staff is friendly and Chris the owner is a very nice person. They are aways well stocked.

The friendly and helpful staff is always there to help you with your shopping needs. Prices within the store are very competitive and reasonable. The location and access to the store are very convenient within the town of Amherstburg.

In recent months they have hired a bunch of new kids to work in the store(I am assuming summer help). But kids these days need a lesson in proper customer service. A young girl by the name of Jaime Lynn (cashier)was very rude to the older lady in front of me and wouldn't even look at her while talking to her. Then when we were cashing out I told her we had 3 cases of popher response"ughput them all up here". My husband said ok when she could get some of the groceries of the belt he would.she turned to me and THREW the grocery bags I paid .05 for right in my face and roll her eyes at my husband. Unbelievable! I then stated that she needs a course in customer service and her response to that was an eye roll and she threw my bread. I then told her maybe she needed an attitude adjustment. No Frills you need to watch the type of disrespectful youth you are hiring.Walmart's price matching policy is a little better than yours and they for the most part are always stocked with their sales items.unlike our store.
