Purchased items online twice - In the first box, an item was missing from the package. The live chat support on the website was very courteous and helpful and resolved the missing item the very same day and I'm very grateful for their assistance! Second online order was perfect and everything came packaged in thick bubble wrap and paper without any problem

All items I purchased were ones that were labelled as "In Stock" on website - I received each package around 2-3 business days after order and tracking information was provided right away

Would recommend if anyone was looking for well priced items and I would definitely come back again

Their customer service is amazing and they are very friendly. One of the associates spent so much time with me looking for black long sleeve chef coats. I really appreciated her. She went over and betond to help me locate the chef jacket. And my cashier was phenomenal he seen me squating due to the pain in my feet for being on my feet for too long and he offered me a seat. He was very sweet. Honestly this place displays the typr of customer service i would like to see everywhere.

If you're a cook or know one, this is a great place to go shopping. Be prepared for a sticker shock since you may find some items pricey but there is a reason for this, you need to pay to get very good things. Have fun shopping there!

Williams is a pretty awesome place for home cooking foodies and chefs alike. Pretty much everything in there is high quality, & the staff are excellent. Nice stuff costs money so don't expect dollar store merchandisebring your checkbook.

They've changed, for the better! In the past their website didn't show out of stock status, resulted in a lot of 1-star reviews. After seeing a bunch of positive reviews I decided to give them another try, and I'm glad to report that they have indeed made a lot of improvements. Price is great, shipping is fast, although I haven't received my order yet, I got my tracking number the next day. Given their ultra-competitive pricing and smooth online ordering process, I think 5-star is pretty fair.

I LOVE the online store! Some say Williams is expensive, but when I've shopped around Williams has usually had the best price on the items I've wanted. If you want high end quality equipment it comes at a cost.
