  First the good
  I wish I could seperate my review into two sections. Rob the salesman who assisted us would be 6 out of 5 stars. He went above and beyond anything my wife and could have expected. Pleasant and pleasure to talk to as well as informative.
  Now the ugly
  The overly aggressive sales pitch of all the extra amenities became rather insulting with terms like “you’re budget friendly” etc. After committing to a fairly large purchase for a young family she also stated how we really should get the extended warraty due to the cheap China wiring and stuff in the car way to stand behind your product we just purchased and I’m sure Chrysler would love to know this is how they promote their extended warranty by slandering their products and quality and reliability.
  
  Again I need to say how great Rob the salesman was and the parts guys who were very helpful with the additions to our vehicle purchase.
  
  I would do business with those guys again.

  Rob and everyone at Tilbury Chrysler made buying a car easy and stress free. They were able to get me into the exact car I wanted within two days of my old car being flood damaged, and Rob even offered me his personal car while I was waiting for my heated seat to be installed so that I wouldn't be car-less. Would highly recommend!

  Tim and Rachel in the service department made my experience a breeze! Had a breakdown on the highway, and arrangements were made for a tow to the dealership. They had me back on the road in just over an hour. Thanks!

  Purchased a pre owned mercedes here that was a trade in and everything was perfect and I did not have one complaint.
  
  There was no pressure whatsoever, we were allowed to test drive the car without anyone coming, went over financing, maintenance on the car and went for lunch to discuss it. Came back and decided to move forward with the purchase and have not looked back since.
  
  Highly reputable place that I'd recommend anyone to. I hope to be back for my second purchase :).

  I am writing to review a major safety concern. Please note that this review is not intended to discredit the dealership, but rather to make other customers aware of dangerous situations that they may experience with used vehicle purchases from this dealership.
  
  I purchased a used 2012 Dodge Journey from this dealership 6 weeks ago. Last week my battery would not start, which is fine. Upon servicing the vehicle to replace the battery, my mechanic noticed that the tray which the battery sits on was rusted and corroded to the point where the battery was about to fall through. It is almost certain that if I would have continued to drive this vehicle the battery would have fallen through the tray which could potentially cause a great deal of harm and physical injury to me or to others.
  
  I contacted the dealer and raised this concern only to be brushed off with a 'sorry, it's too late' attitude. Even so, it took them 9 days to get back to me with this response!
  
  The dealership mentioned that the battery is not part of a safety check, which is understandable. However, when the tray that holds the battery is in such bad shape that a battery is about to fall right through it they should take action before putting the vehicle for sale.
  
  I am very disappointed at this dealership's lack of attention to this critical detail before selling the vehicle and crass response to my concern afterwards.
  
  In conclusion: BUYER BEWARE before you or a loved one is injured from this dealer's negligence.
