The most rediculous place when it comes to human decency, came here with my mother and disabled sister who really needed a pool like theirs and her son from Ontario made a point to call ahead and ask about swimming and yet when we arrive the very ELITEST, RUDE, front desk staff just shrugged it off as "oh well" you can't go in with a child let alone at all since your not a member. this place needs to change their views on guests using the pool. Absolutely rediculous to come all that way because someone just "happened" to misinform us over the phone. Even on several occasions the wellness centres staff is known to be the most rude and petty staff in a long time. My advise, Goto the YMCA where people at least have the decency to be personable.

Wonderful place for aqua size - dressing rooms are great!BUT - my day is started off on the wrong foot the minute I attempt to go through the front doors.
I certainly hope that you intend to install an instant opening door, along with all your other renovations for the 'reception' desk. Walmart and the Health Sciences Center both have instant opening doors - why not you? I have back and leg problems, as many others have, and find it VERY difficult to stop and press those buttons, which do not work half the time. I was told by your staff that I have to press harder!.very difficult to do with a handicap, also with other people behind me, pushing to get in as well. Please install instant opening doors!
