Amazing service, amazing rooms, great events. Perfect for families. Amazing lobby, great elevators, perfect unique movie theatre. What a great dt hotel. Way to raise the bar. Hidden gem.

The rooms are no mere hotel rooms. They're beautifully furnished one-bedroom, two bathroom Condominiums. The in-suite bathroom has a huge soaking tub! There's a kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware you need. There's even a washer dryer. Electric fireplaces add ambiance. Just two locks from the empress, museum, and all of downtown. The hotel has a big indoor pool, hot tub, as well as a complete spa. The $10 breakfast has make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastry -- a good start to the day (or make your own in your kitchen). This is a lovely place to spend a weekend (or longer!)

Perfect place to stay downtown Victoria. Close to everything, modern, clean and the rooms are well appointed. Full suites, so you can stop by the grocery store and prepare a few simple meals. Nice pool and hot tub, and cool indoor atrium. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and had such a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again. Great for kids.

Lovely hotel and staff. Very kid friendly.
The suites are spacious, super clean and were very comfortable for us during our stay. Reception and Room service staff were excellent.

Great rooms with all the amenities. Good location. Quick walks toost places downtown, and close to the harbour Just of the thick of things. Friendly staff. Second stay here.

Very nice place, would stay again. Suites are stunning, indoor fish pond a very nice feature. Had to deduct 1 start for charging for parking. That's an automatic deduction in my books.

I love the Parkside. The fish pond and lobby is gorgeous and tranquil. The suites are trendy and homey and the claw foot bathtubs are amazing. The staff is very friendly and the location is absolutely awesome! There is a convenient bike locker located in the parkaid which I also love for the cycle friendly city!(they also rent out free bikes for guests if you don't have your own) I highly recommend a get away at this lovely hotel. It's like a home away from home. But better! ☺️ Oh but bring your own pillowthere's are a little to big and puffy for my liking

Went for a romantic getaway but unfortunately wasn't so. We had a family with kids who were loud above us. The second night late into the night we had a party above which again loudmaybe not very well insulated in walls. As for the atmosphere was a beautiful lobby. Large fireplace with a Koi pond that you can walk over. There is a secure underground parking for 15 dollars a night.

Great rooms. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Includes free bikes to ride around city if you don't want to drive. Has a good pool and a movie theater that shows local sports as well as movies. Would stay again.
