I thought the place was beautiful. The scenery was stunning.The bathtub was absolutley amazing. Extra large. Room for 2!😚 Very clean. Breakfast was salmon quiche was delicous. I would have liked to have seen more options. Military like rigidity regarding cigarettes. ( kind of bothered my gf a bit) To the end of the dock! 😷

This is one of the best place of all the pleaces we have visited in two hundred countries around the world?

I called the owner more than 2months prior to our family vacation supposed to be Aug.22-24 2 days in Victoria since the rest of the week we wanna go to Vancouver ,i booked those days because thats the only available days closer to our preferred dates since they are Fully booked to the dates that we requested i booked all my clients accordingly so i can get a time off during these dates so,we choose Aug22-24 coz its available and i spoke to Dieter , i think his the owner!!! I called 2weeks prior To our check-in dates to confirm but he said he's really busy i called the wrong time and he has guests to take care of first that morning !! He told me he has to check it , he didn't remember anything!!! if he's busy, I'm even more busier than him !!actually, I'm very busy to call him back that day FYI its a long distance call every time i talk to him but i have no choice to call him back to confirm our stay and i have some few questions as well but when i called him back he said he didn't book those days and he was very rude to me !!! i felt like i beg for him to accommodate my family .excuse me!!! We can even afford to stay at a 5 Star hotel if we really want to we just wanna try something different this time during our 3rd time visit in Victoria with my family like Bed &Breakfast he even said i run this business for 20years now, i don't care !! He should pay attention to his clients or guest always since he's been doing it for 20years now !!! I encounter clients every day i would never ever recommend this place at all you should change the way you talk to your clients !!!you sound very very arrogant !!!it didn't happen before you said ,what a liar!!! He said if someone did it ,not booking properly that works here ,, i will fire them!!! Well you should fire yourself!!! When i called back you said okey i will accommodate all your family but theres no guarantee your all gonna get breakfast you will only find out once i check-in if were getting all of us a breakfast .Really ??? whats the point of staying at your bed& breakfast house if theres no guarantee we can get breakfast!!! And your charging us $100 Canadian more than your first quote and no guarantee were all gonna get breakfast whats the point Of Bed& Breakfast if theres no breakfast!!! You should change your advertisement to Bed without breakfast!!! Im glad i cancelled it!!!!

Luv it. Gracious hosts. Private. Excellent hot tub. Lovely social time at breakfast made with home touch. Birds and breath of fresh air. Lagoon is magic. Far Better than ANY hotel.

Generally all were so good - we enjoyed our stay, great location peace and quiet - very comfortable room & clean. Debbie was very hospitable, Approachable & she made a very delicious breakfast. We tried the cAnoe and it was very fun, you will never regret this place. Would definitely be back there again.👍🏼

Such a beautiful, peaceful place! Lovely rooms, wi-fi, two decks looking out at the lagoon. They even had a canoe and kyacks available for guests to use. The hosts were amazing, so thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area. Next time we'll plan to stay much longer!

The view and amenities were great at Birds of a Feather. They have bikes, kayaks, canoe, hot tub, and kitchenette with coffee. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Owners make homemade breakfast served family style with other guests. We just wish we could have stayed more than one night.

It is impossible to find a more perfect place to stay than Birds of a Feather. My husband and i have stayed here twice in the past 9 years and just booked our 3rd stay for this summer. We have stayed in all 3 of the upper condo units - impossible to go wrong with any of them. Beautiful peaceful location , friendly and outgoing hosts, clean, good breakfast. the perfect place to unwind from life.
Looking forward to our next stay in August!

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was very clean, extremely romantic and comfortable, with a spectacular view over the lagoon! Hot tub was great with very good jets. Breakfast was delicious and Dieter was very friendly with great advice and recommendations. We took the canoe out for a morning after breakfast and it was so pretty. We loved our stay here, such a personal touch to make sure everything is enjoyable. We don't want to leave :-) Thank you!
