The staff at the keg were professional, and made a prime rib steak miracle happen! Great service, and in my opinion one of the best keg Steakhouse locations in Western Canada!!

We ate here 3 times during our stay in Banff. We ate the breakfast buffet twice, and it was fantastic, everything you could want for breakfast is found on their extensive buffet, including pain au chocolat. 5 stars for the breakfast buffet.

We also ate here for dinner, hoping for the same topnotch quality. I had a burger, my partner had a steak. They were both good, but not fantastic. A bit better than your typical bar food, but not 5 star quality.

I don't give single star reviews lightly, but every time I've been to this location i have had steaks a 6 year old
Could have prepared better.
The few times I've been here have actually discouraged me from going to any "Keg" location again.

Busy little place! We went for our wedding anniversary! The food was great and the portions are huge! The drinks were ok. Waitress was very busy but very friendly and professional! Table next to us had some unruly kids at the table (guessing around aged 10) and she kept her cool!

We were seated. Our server spilt water all over the table. She used my napkin to clean it and didn't bring back another. We waited 22 min before we asked another server to take our order. I had to ask about the free bread. So far a terrible experience. Haven't received the food yet, but the Caesar salad we ordered As a starter hasn't come out yet

the salad came out as an appi. Not bad but not good either. Now waiting on main course

Food was good. Can't really complain about that. Just waited n waited for server to come back. Probably - very strongly - would not come back to this keg. All this and We had a gift card

The Keg is one of the better restaurant in the Banff. Interior is wooden classic with darker atmosphere. Food is good but not perfect. We ordered BBQ Ribs and Steak House Salad. The food was good but nothing special. The chef should learn better to season and flavor the food. Ribs was tasteless and Salad over blue cheesed. Selection of wine is perfect ! Try it :-)

I am not sure why The Keg is steadily on the decline no matter what location I go too.

The prices seem to be increasing, however the quality is decreasing!

This last visit was the straw that broke the camels back!

The Top-Sirloin I ordered was super tough, and raw! I ordered Medium, and expected the cut to be tender, however I was sadly disappointed!

I respectfully returned my order, and did not request a re-do, just simply a credit for the meal.

The waiter was very respectable, and did his job well!

It's too bad The Keg is consistently on the decline, this has been the 4-5th time this has happened, at various locations in Alberta.

I will NOT be going to ANY Keg's for a long while, and many of You that read this, should consider where You spend Your money on, there are plenty of Steak restaurants that offer high-quality food, without the premium price!

I come here when I've had a long day of sightseeing and walking around. Very much the standard Keg ambience. The quiet comfortable surroundings are a relief after a day of crowds or of hiking through chill air. The food is high quality.
