Best steak for the price in the city. Atmosphere is perfect. Friendly staff, always.

Overpriced for the quality. I have no problem going out and spending $70 per person when the food is good, but when it's not that's such a disappointment. I ordered the Pistachio crushed salmon, it was lacking in flavour and presentation. The service was alright, but I would never return.

Amazing service and amazing food. Our eyes were much bigger than our stomachs so we took our meals to go. We've never had a bad meal or bad service here. Great job people 👍

Service was great. Food was over seasoned (salty). Last time, we’re never going back. If I weren’t so polite we would have left after the appetizers. Regret we wasted $200.00 gift cards. We’ve had much superior meals at home for a quarter the price. Washing the dishes is worth it.

I was at The Keg this past weekend and I was very disappointed in my meal and service. I was in a group of 10 people and we were sitting at a long table. Our server checked in on us a few times throughout our meal, however, he only checked up on the front half of the table and therefore myself, seated at the other end, was not able to address the issues with my meal. I tried flagging him down a couple of times and both times he made eye contact but did not come over to me. Firstly, my caesar salad had literally ONE piece of parmesan cheese on it ( no word of a lie, ONE piece!) and absolutely NO dressing. Also, I did not get the steak I ordered, which was very disappointing. I feel these issues could have been fixed, however our server only seemed to care about the front half of our table and therefore I was not able to address the issues with my meal. As a server I know that this was not proper service and for that I did not leave a tip.

Fantastic location, awesome decor. Enthusiastic and vibrant waiter
The appetisers were out quickly and escargot and cheese toast were awesome
I had the steak and lobster. My only recommendation would be to order the 8oz as 6oz is small. The lobster meat is three huge pieces of claw meat that will satisfy that craving. The butter and herb sauce was fantastic. I'm not a huge steak fan mainly cause growing up things were cooked well done. Well I got this cooked medium and it's the best steak I've had in my life! HUGE props to the keg for finally doing what so many do not and giving me a huge portion of mashed potatoes. So many places are cheap with this and we all know what they cost! My veggies were alright.
Other guests had ribs, chicken and ribs, the burger, and steak and Crab everyone loved their dishes, one friend had the bacon wrapped chicken and didn't care for it.
We were celebrating a young man's 16th birthday and he got a delicious mocha ice cream cake dessert which was yummy too

Service was a little bit annoying, asking every five minutes if we would like to order our food. Nice service staff, good food and warm atmosphere, a good place to drink and eat. Little bit overpriced though.

THIS LOCATION HAS GONE DOWNHILL!!!
The Keg seems to have opened a second restaurant in their lounge and hesitates to seat customers in the main dining room. Customers that used to wait in the lounge for a table and have a few drinks are now forced into the lobby like a medical walk in clinic .They now seat as many customers as they can in uncomfortable lounge seating while over a dozen tables are vacant in the main dining room. Don't let them do this to you! They did this to us a month ago and tried to do it again tonight. Hold out for the dining experience you are paying for
Recommendations: Hermano's, CHOP, The Capitol if you want good food and service and not some crappy new business model.

We had excellent service, but I found that out meal was not up to the standard I would expect for the price point. My husbands steak had a lot of gristle, which was very disappointing.

Ordered a prime rib dinner cooked to medium..delivered from kitchen almost raw. They tried to correct the preparation..looked like they fried it. The result was awful. Total disappointment.

Long wait for tables as they take very limited reservations. Main dish was rushed and brought to table too soon, the salad had just been served. By the time we were ready, meal was cold.

Pretty consistent for a Keg. Food is great. Service is great in the restaurant but sometimes a bit lacking in the lounge. It's usually pretty busy but not too bad of waits.

Wow. Best baseball sirloin/striploin I have ever had. Friendly and attentive staff. Great work guys! Best place to go for a classier dinner.
