It sooo hard to win at bingo since they amalgamated all the casino's with one caller. I haven't won in such a long time. And when i do win i have to share it with 50 people. It's not just me alot of people say the same thing . 👎

Still under construction so still waiting for the big reveal. Looks promising. Will never get a 5 star from me since they stopped offering the buffet. Thurs Rib night was just amazing for variety, flavour, and just fall off the bone goodness. Friday land & Sea special and Sat prime rib roast were equally sensational. They will all be missed.

Good place for adult fun. Slots, bingo, card games and range of restaurantsMcDonald's, pub style, lounge, menu and buffet dining room; plus an icecream mini donut bar. Free coffee.

Beautiful interior design. Drinks and food a little pricey, but when you can win back the money you spent there's not much to complain about!

Fun place to spend an evening. Free parking lots of food and drink options. Not as newly renovated inside as Club Regent at least from first glance. Would only be back on basis that it is a closer drive but for any Casino needs in town I would rather go to Regent.

Actually a pretty good place to eat. Gone a few times with my grandma for lunch. Bingo is super popular here as well. Even with the construction going on there is no impact to you during your trip. The new parking is amazing. I definitely prefer this place over Regent.

Very bad experience. People there will bully you!! The staff are not friendly. They will laugh at you and call u names in a different language. I turned 18 on july 4. So my birthday is on July 4th 1998. I have two ID's my drivers and my old passport.
I have been going to this casino ever since I turned 18. Been a loyal customer and always smiling to them. "Have a great day" I would say. But I get it. I don't look 18. I'm 4'4 with medical history. Being born premature. THE STAFF LITERALLY ASKED ME HOW I GOT INTO THE CASINO. LIKE WHAT THE HELL THE SECURITY GAURDS ALL KNOW ME SINCE I GO ALMOST EVERY WEEKEND. AND OBVSLY THEY WON'T ALLOW ME IN IF I'M UNDER 18..

I found my experience every time I visited, the food is very bland, the veggies were not crispy and fresh. I had fries and had to send them back. They were rock hard and transparent almost like they were either old and warmed up again awful. The food was never hot, semi warm. The machines are dirty, people don't want to touch greasy machines. Other than that, service was great, despite other things.

Excellent there are so many games to choose from and no waiting in line for a machine because there are 3 to 4 others like it. The progressive games are nice and high. No smoking al around. Great place

Great place to hang out. Very nice inside. The only thing I don't like about this place is that they charge a commission for betting on Banker at Baccarat. Otherwise a great casino. I love the interior decoration and the many bars and restaurants inside. And parking is never a problem since they have a huge 3-story parking lot right across the street.
