  I had made an order for delivery through Skip. The order took over an hour & a half & I had to reach out to customer service twice. When I got my order, the pizza was cold & had meat on it (I had ordered a veg specific one), the french fries were soggy, & I had ordered a greek salad without olives (they added the olives). Very disappointed with the service, it's gone so downhill. I wanted to give them a chance despite what others have said & I regret that choice. Support other local businesses instead.

  One of the best pizza spots in the city!
  I’ve been gone from Winnipeg for over 15 years and it’s so good to see Santa Lucia is still on Main and the pizza still tastes delicious!!!
  We ordered a meat lovers and Santa Lucia Special and the toppings were plentiful and the crust was not too thick..just the right balance.
  The buy one get another 50% off is an amazing deal! I hope they keep that 😀
  Definitely a hometown favorite and I can’t wait to be back for more!!!

  Went there for wings and pizza. Wings were fantastic, pizza was good. Was pretty expensive though.
  
  Sat in the lounge side (around 4:30-4:45ish) and service was atrocious. There were people at the VLTs, but no one else sitting down to eat. We sat down and ordered, wings came out about 10 minutes before pizza, which was fine I guess? But they never came back for a second round of drinks (which we would have got had they come around). There are only like 6-8 tables in there, and two of them had dishes on them when we showed up and they didn't get cleared until we were almost done our food. And when we were ready for the bill we had to ask for it.

  Calamari was delicious, we devoured it way too quickly, so no pictures. The menu doesn’t mention if it’s breaded but it is indeed lightly breaded. I would definitely order it again.
  Bbq Chicken Pizza (minus the red onions) was really good. Loved the crispy bacon and you get a great amount of cheese and toppings. It’s nice how little crust there is on this pizza with how far to the edge the toppings reach.
  
  Our table wasn’t cleaned very well and the restaurant itself is dirty and dated.
  It’s also freezing in the restaurant in cold months so avoid sitting at the window for dine in otherwise you will be cold. I sat with my coat around my shoulder the whole meal.
  
  I wish I could give full stars but the tiny cramped bathroom here is absolutely disgusting. Like I’d actually avoid going in the bathroom altogether unless absolutely necessary.
  
  All in all the food was great but the atmosphere and bathroom not so much.

  Hostess was exceptionally thoughtful. The manager checked up on us during the meal to make sure everything was good.
  I've been before and had a solid experience in the past. I'm still looking for my must have item that I have to come back for.
  The calamari has potential, but tonight's was a bit rubbery. It was a bit over cooked. Not all of it, but at least half.
  The pizzas were very good. The amount of cheese you get is super generous on the ham and cheese pizza. We did the ham and cheese on one, then the meat lovers for the other.
  The Greek salad was good. Comes with garlic bread.
  Parking is available on the street, but I'm not sure if they have some behind the building.
