I used to feel like the clientele that came to this hotel were okay. The last few times I have been there it seems like homeless people and Beggars are hanging around the halls and rooms. I have no idea why they would allow such unprofessional people into a hotel that is supposed to be professional and upscale. Gross

In attendance for a business banquet. Food was awesome! Waiters and waitresses were great. Have stayed in rooms before too, rooms are very nice.

Clean rooms and good service. Really close to the airport so great for early morning flights! Nice bar/restaurant downstairs. Good experience overall!

We loved this hotel. My 4 and 2 year old absolutely loved it and the dino theme. Enjoyed having the bunkbed in our room so the kids didn't have to sleep in our bed, as well as the direct access to the pool area. The beds were super comfy and a very clean hotel all around. The staff were also super great after us getting locked out.

I was there for my best friends wedding.. the venue was great.. food was good all the staff was well prepared the suites are great.. Everything was very much above my expectations

We went to Chicago Joe's for dinner with friends. The food was incredible, but what really left an impression was the service. Our server was so competent an unflappable, even when dealing with the combined 10 kids (under the age of 10) in our party. Absolutely impressed!!!

I happen to eat at Victoria Inn Hotel when my room at a different Hotel wasn't ready yet. I ate at Chicago Joe's. The atmosphere was good comma and order drinks before food. The martini was a little short, and not the best I've ever had. When the food came out, it was a little cold. But it wasn't inedible. The service was great, I forget the name of the bartender but he was really nice. In all, it was a pretty average experience.

Great place for events! At the restaurant, specifically the Perogies were delicious. My only complaint was our glasses for drinks were not properly washed, If they were even washed, there was lipstick still on the glass. Overall, the event was fantastic but the sanitation was questionable.

At a recent convention. Quite pleased with the cleanliness of the halls and conference rooms. Bathrooms were immaculate. Staff were friendly and cordial. However they served lunch and there was no choice, took 20 minutes to even get to our table, and the food was average at best

Went to an event hosted at the Victoria Inn last week. Very nice set up. Staff was friendly. Food could have used a bit more flavour (banquet food not restaurant)

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequately cleanly and the pool was nice! Unfortunately there was a fouling in the pool that closed it for one evening while we were there. I wish there was more electrical outlets in the rooms or at least that the ones they had were more conveniently located.

Convenient location if you want to stay and attend a work function in the attached convention centre. Located very close to the airport and ample free parking. It's wheelchair accessible without needing to take any elevators like other locations downtown.
