Went in there today after calling. Staff member was great both over the phone and in person. Walked and talked me through a product and did a seamless exchange. By far the best customer service of all the Joint locations I’ve been to. I’ll only be going to this location from now on.

No variety anymore. Stores are much smaller. This was the third one I went to this week. Prices are not the same store to store, but they all seem to carry the EXACT same items. This used to be my go to for options, but see one and you have seen em all. ALSO, no service at this location. 3 ppl in the store and no one addressed us until they saw us leaving.

I live in Ontario so I did online shopping. Bought 2 bottles of bong cleaner for a good price but shipping isn't super fast. Took 3 business days for the company to ship " 2 bottles " of cleaner from their warehouse. I worked at warehouses and it was always super fast paced to get every order out, if I took 3 days on a customer order I would be fired lol. Once the item is on the courier transport it's pretty fast. Just takes long for the joint cannabis to ship items from their warehouse . My preference is to stay local because of the long wait time

I have not been there in person, but I have ordered online. I have got to say they have some great products at even better prices! I bought a bunch of hemp wraps and I was very happy with my purchase and the time it took to be delivered. Costumer service was also excellent, highly recommend to anyone look for some good products at good prices!

Been frequenting this place for years. Staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They have great selection of glass for all kinds of budgets, and many other products too. Parking in the back is convenient and has a pleasant riverside view, which is kind of a nice little bonus.

I was with someone not from my
household, was asked are you together. We said yes but dont live at same residence. They said we couldn't group shop. We were social distancing, the gentleman stepped into my personal space to show me a sign. There were no other customers in the place. They were not social distancing. Best legal place to get cannabis and wares. Always great selection and friendly staff. Lacking in some product information training however, would like to knowledge behind the counter. All around great place.

Fantastic store! A glass and pipe shop that also sells cannabis. Top notch all around for quality of products. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.
For seasoned veterans and new smokers alike, check this place out for bongs, pipes, and accessories.

Had an amazing experience at the joint today! A sweetie named Taegan helped me find the perfect cart for my dab pen. She was super kind and had a lovely energy & aura. Great staff! Will definitely be coming back.

It's hard to give a good grade after having so many bad experiences at ONLY this location. When you ask for specific products and they package wrong ones. ( specifically pertaining to types of coils for dab rigs ie. Ceramic to qdc).
When you go to pay, show your valid prescription/licence for appropriate applicable discounts to having them not applied and receiving in lieu a lighter, even though I don't smoke.
When you go to buy the cheapest butane for your torch and specifically ask for, yes, "the cheapest can of butane, as it's being used to refill a torch" and being ignorantly sold a can that's a few dollars more.
When you hear the staff, not just in the back but in front of house in front of customers putting down a different the joint location.
Although I am minutes from this location I more than gladly drive to the location south pembina hwy as they are always friendly, knowledgeable, insightful and a pleasure to deal with. I also tried the new one on portage, nice huge clean space, friendly and helpful as well.as for the st Mary's st Anne's location, I'm done with those clowns.
I like the joint for convenience and again if you can, go to the pembina location instead if you want the right help and quality support your health DESERVES.response / report this review -

Pretty sure this is Winnipeg's biggest smoke shop, it's huge. Beware, the parking lot goes down a hill, off a busy street, towards the river. It gets realllly slippery during the winter, to the point where people need help up lol

They try to make up for Overpriced Glassware by hiring attractive friendly females. On top of that the Glassware they have is more for show then for use. If you are looking to pay to be hit on by females while paying 500$ for a bong that's only purpose is sitting in a showcase then this is the place for you. (Notice how every positive review is a male noting the "friendly staff")
