Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Great service via curbside pickup. Even tried to talk me out of a sale, via explaining Tennant agreement act. Hopefully will be the last time I had to visit. But would reccomend. Also very pet friendly advisors.

I called them for groundhogs in my back yard. I believe the Pest guy was more interested in the Payments. He set a trap. And he doesn't Communicate with me to let me know if he catch any of those groundhogs. My Neighbors keep telling me that they see the groundhogs in my backyard. I call them repeatedly for an update and no one return my calls. I am very disappointed in this Lloyd Pest Control. They took my money and didnt respect me to give me an update on why i call them in the first place. I am a dissatisfied customer.

Used them twice for mice. Thought they were great until the mice came back the second time and I found out that there was no warrantee on a service from April. I had understood that there was and they would come back. It was explained that there is a different service that was more expensive that I could have got that was guaranteed. A new company has bought out this one Orkin and I was familiar with the name. I decided to call around and found a better deal with a better service contract ( 1 year) 4 visits to check their equipment and anytime for a lower price than Orkin/ Lloyds. They did an investigation of both inside and outside my home service( unlimited) John went above and beyond my expectations from Abel!! I did appreciate the time the customer service spent with me from Orkin/ Lloyds though..she was great!

I have used Lloyd’s Pest Control as our service contractor for over 10 years and would highly recommend. Marc is our main technician who is outstanding! He is thorough, knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything. Also when I have an urgent matter, Mike will make sure someone is available right away.

We have been customers for many years. Lloyd Pest Control has never let us down. Their service is outstanding. Their prices are reasonable. Their equipment and knowledge are second to none. The people who run this company and the people who work for this company are stellar. No task is too big and no task is too small. Whatever we ask for they deliver with the greatest courtesy and respect. We have no hesitation recommending this company to everyone. Old fashioned service with a smile! Mike and Mike are a credit to this company. We cannot thank them enough. They and their company are the BEST! Many thanks!

While they seem to do a good job, its extremely inconvenient that they cannot give you a set time. Keep telling me " 9 to 4" which is a hassle when you have to be out for 4 to 6 hrs.

Extremley unhappy with service provided, wanted traps set up but claimed they couldnt do it from first visit because they need to do an inspection, they did an inspection and said call back after a few days, now that i did, they changed orginal price quoted and want me to wait two weeks, i strongly do not recommend this company..

Lloyd Pest Control has been my ONLY choice for controlling pests on my property since 1982. They are not only courteous, they're prompt, reliable, dependable, and I ALWAYS get great results!
