Ernest & his team are the BEST . I've done my taxes with them since 2013 & took time to help me clear a bogus charge posted on my account by CRA by repeatedly following up with CRA regarding the issue. Thank you Ernest , Yuka & Amy :)

After receiving incorrect tax advice from my former accountant, I met with Ernest regarding my tax return. I had a very complicated non resident tax return I was doing as a POA, and Ernest was able to get it all completed less than two weeks before the deadline. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I was pleased with the service from beginning to end and more importantly it was all completed correctly! I will be going back next year and highly recommend.

I called OTS back in September to ask if they could help me with a tax rebate dispute, which they handled quickly and for a really reasonable price. It has taken CRA over five months to process the dispute, but Amy has been so helpful and has provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process.

From the get Go here , the man asked off the wall Questions about my personal life? That had nothing to do with Taxes???
Like he was hitting in me!
Then..
He listed a insane rateof $ 1.300
To do 5 years Easy back taxes..
Claiming that's with a 10% discountlol.
He Kept Saying why didnt you have HR block do them??
IN A nut shell
This CPA in my option is nuts!
He started laughing Halfway though our coversation..loud
At what I have no idea??
But this is not a professional C.P.A. Firm..
