Thank you, thank you, thank you! Cannot recommend Castle enough esp for their service department. Had my vintage Pfaff 7570 in twice at Granville for tune up/repair and each time got it back sounding worse than before. Was told about Castle so figured nothing left to lose. Got him back yesterday and he is literally purring. Hasn’t sounded this good for years - indeed he’s sewing like he did when I first got him AND they charged less! Thank you so so much to everyone at Castle (esp the mechanics/techs). Outstanding service at very very fair prices. Am so relieved there is still someone capable of servicing my machines. If you need a tune up or repair go to Castle. You won’t be disappointed!

My mother doesn't use social media so she asked me to post for Castle Sewing Centre.
Mom took her sewing machine there and dealt with a lady (didn't give a name) and says "they were wonderful!" The lady fixed the problem and provided her with some good information on how to work the different adjustments. And to top it off, the price was right 👏
Fyi, they will soon be moving to 86th and 197th.

Popped in today to drop off my wife’s serger, which is in need of some repairs/servicing.
The staff member who assisted me was awesome, and I really appreciated her as I know nothing about sewing.
The repair timeline is a couple of months, but that really isn’t the end of the world. They are busy for a reason!

The customer service is absolutely outsannding. Stephanie has been there to support me in many emergencies that I have had, both with my embroidery machine and supporting me with the lack of knowledge in operating my machine.

Had an emergency with my Babylock machine with tangled thread and I called from Abbotsford and they took me in right away and fixed it as I had my 4 yr. old grandaughter's birthday and had a project going. They were awesome! Sherry

Stephanie and her staff are terrific. Each time I go there I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The staff know what they are talking about and go out of their way to help. For purchases and lessons, Castle is the place to go! FIVE star rating!
