The staff appear slightly out of frame and do everything they can to appear inconspicuous and invisible. The food is always great and services as well. Ambiance and decor are on point and inviting. (special props to the big doggo in the lobby, he was rad) Would have been nice to have a jetted tub, but the corporate pricing made up for the lack. 4/5
I came back to my room after a 12 hr. Day at work. It was 7:30 pm tonight. The room wasn't touched, still unmade bed and dirty towels and bathroom. No assistance was given from front desk. Terrible service in an Exec. suite. Terrible!
Nice hotel, clean and quiet. Hot breakfast available only after 8 am. Pleasant staff.
I love this hotel. The people who work there invite you in like family. Warm, beautiful and pet friendly. I stay in a lot of hotels but this one makes life on the road feel like home.
Very nice 3 star hotel. Great location and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. Only complaint would be the room was a bit small. The bed was nice and the room had very nice furnishings.
A nice conference room at a decent room temperature. So many others tend to be cold. Easy to find and an interesting entry showcasing the Whiskey Bar.
Beds are admittedly hard, but I had no concerns. Room was nice and the hotel was very beautiful
Great service. Staff were welcoming and approachable at the welcome point . Room was very clean and tidy. Just need some improvement in bedding.
Great hotel - would definitely recommend. Awesome staff, spacious and clean rooms.
Room was clean. Staff was helpful as was resident dog. Was able to accommodate pets, but more garbage cans around the property would be beneficial.
The Hotel was comfortable, if not slightly cluttered with too much decoration. The dinner was exceptional, followed by a few drinks from the very well stocked whisky bar. Hassan was our server, and was able to provide all the information a guest could need.
Made inquiries into Xmas dinner in Oct. They said they weren't taking reservations until end of Nov. Called and made reservations. Showed up on Xmas day and no reservations for us was found. They gave us the run around for approximately 30 minutes, ended up we were given a card table to sit at. The food was cold and not enough food was taken out. They said that they only put out so much food and don't put out any more until the next sitting. Food cold, tasteless and $50 to boot plus they automatically added 15% tip charge - 4 people standing around looking like total idiots while they made every effort to avoid us until we kept asking what was going on. Thought we would have a Xmas treat and do no cooking - well McDonald's would have been better. Staff totally avoided us when we did actually get seated.
Went for Christmas "buffet". They lost our reservation which had been made over a month in advance. Basically they ignored us waiting there for them to figure out what was wrong. Lady taking reservations purposely avoided us until I confronted them to come up with a solution. 4 people in our group and one of them in a wheelchair. We did eventually get seated to what was a disappointing and cold dinner with most of the food options gone because we spent an hour waiting to be seated. I have always eaten at home or families at Christmas and have never in 42 years had a disappointing Xmas dinner. UNTIL NOW. $265 for 4 people. Next time you want to rob me "Grand hotel" maybe bring a gun. Restaurant staff and service were good.
