Excellent selection, great staff. I am so glad that I have found the Cat and Dog --- and so is my cat! His coat is now so incredibly silky due to the amazing selection of non-grain based foods. Thank you Cat and Dog!

Recommended by a friend and ended up picking up meatballs. They turned out to be rotten! Would NOT recommended!!!!

The staff there is very helpful. The store is pretty big and have many necessary supplies from different brands. It's easy to find what I need. The most wonderful thing is that there is a huge supply of raw food that meet my requirements. This shop does not smell like some of the other shops I had gone.

If you value your time shop somewhere else. The shop has some great stuff but both times I tried to shop here I was ignored for 10 - 15 minutes, despite there only being one other customer in the shop. The lady (perhaps Albert's "kooky" lady) has no concept of customer service and though she may not realise it is extremely rude to not even acknowledge new customers. I wanted to buy one item, I made it really easy for her by 1) knowing what it was, and 2) finding it. Still I had to stand around like a moron while she discussed inane nonsense with the one other person in the shop and didn't even look at me.
