Reallly good spicy tuna, saucescare amazing. In addition to this service is also really good.
sashimi taste like soap and rice is way too mushy. First bad experience here
One of the best little hidden gems in Richmond. Super fresh quality, generous portions, amazing and very creative rolls, friendly service always and great prices. Highly recommend.
Ordered 5 rolls online. When I arrived a half hour later and told them this, they looked confused but said nothing to me, so I sat down to wait.
A few minutes later one of the two mutters something about being low on rice and asked if anybody had called me. I said no.
Five minutes later, I got up and had to ask if they could do it. He said yes, come back in a half hour as they hadn't started mine Not feeling like arguing, I agreed.
Ten minutes later I get a call - the guy says they can't do it, but will give me a free roll. When I go back, he hands me the roll and I have to ask about how to get my money back
I don't understand why this was handled so poorly, but obviously won't bother with this place again.
Was in the area abd wanted have a quick meal seems reasonable like the quality of the fish and the freshness
Best value for dollar hands down anyplace in Richmond - and super quick and friendly service keeps me coming back.
We have been coming here for many years. Service is good, price is fair for what you get -not the largest rolls, but also not the most epensive rolls. The great pricing makes it easy to try as many differerent rolls as you can stomach.
It's a very small Cafe style restaurant. Very laid back. . Great food and variety. Some do it yourself involved. ie. order at the till & get a drink from the cooler. Extremely friendly personable staff. I go back at every chance, when in Richmond.
Good eats for cheap. Small space though, not good for large groups. Perfect for takeout. Sushi was good, miso soup tasted like instant (guess I'm used to high end soup) But for the price I won't complain. On a dime, this place is perfect.
Tried here while in the area, the restaurant is small and there is nothing fancy but the food was great. I always try a bento, it gives a good idea of quality. The sashimi was cut and presented wonderfully. Drinks are serve yourself, which I prefer. Fast service and friendly staff
This is my favorite cheap food Japanese restaurant in Richmond. $6 Unagidon, $6 for 2 rolls, $22 Sushi Trays.
The. Best. Secret Sushi house. Creative. Inexpensive. Delish: Fish, Bud, and sake. Thank you again, as always.
Very good tasty food. Great value. Good stuff
Best service from a sushi place I've gotten in town by far. Friendly staff and interesting rolls. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Only tip is to order at the till as table service is limited
