They made a small error in my order, and gave me a $25 gift card without a hesitation. My order wasn't even $25. That was sweet.

Really quality and tasty food. Small portion of my very expeez salad though, and the service didn't exist as more than the occasional whisper after searching for someone to get us water. Long wait times for everything. No check ups on food. Just not experienced staff.

To be fair, it wasn't a full meal. I ordered the key lime pie and a coffee. The coffee was delicious. The key lime pie was disgusting. I have had Browns' key lime pie before and it was good. Today, it was beyond disgusting. The crust was an unbaked melange of shredded coconut and something else, glued together with some kind of oozing oil. The end result smelled like rancid cooking oil. I told the waitress who, oddly, took my criticism personally and responded with an angry look and some degree of rudeness and suspicion. Hired help these days has no concept of the saying, "The customer is always right." Rude, suspicious, condescending, arrogant I've had it with the youthful servers of today. Anyway, she didn't charge me for it, but I cannot forget how stomach-churning my entire experience at Browns was today.

First beautiful day of the year and we lucked out and got a seat on the patio!!
Food is really good, the drinks are amazing! I keep coming back for the "Social Palmer" best creation ever!!!
Quick and friendly service and everything was so clean, even the bathrooms and they were swamped.

I was really impressed by this place. Has an un-assuming design which made the quality and value of the food surprising. Our table ordered a variety of Asian bowls and soups and each was very good. Flavour wasn't as complex as you could find at some more dedicated Asian restaurants, but it was very tasty. Felt healthy and delivered good value. Would go again.

Nachos were covered in stuff, very tasty. The veggie burger was great to and our waitress Erin was awesome! She recommended the spice chicken sandwich and it was also really good!

I have been going to Browns for years as I am local to the area. (For convenience) They have one good chef, the rest of them need huge improvement. I would suggest to only go at busy times throughout weekend and evenings otherwise you may be very disappointed in there inability to have a consistent menu. Ok pretty hard to stuff up a burger or something pre frozen so if that is all you are going for anytime may be good. Service is very good! Place is dark and a little dingy. I rate them two because they have one good chef and good service. That's it!
