I live 20 meters away spending 600 on wood and wouldn't budge on the delivery price go to Kimball and they waved the delivery charge thanks for nothing

My husband and I visited your store looking for a couple of chairs for our porch. From the young man who assisted uswe are seniors..to the young men who brought our chairs to the car, our experience was definitely 5 star. But I have to save a special shout out to our cashier Amanda who was an absolute delight. From her bubbly outgoing personality to her bright pink hair she certainly brightened my day. We got a good deal on the chairs and had an absolutely great experience from all the staff we encountered. Thank you Home Hardware..always a pleasure shopping here.

I understand that this may be a franchise, however everything at these stores costs so much more then your local Canadian Tire or Home Depot or anywhere actually. I'll probably never come this store again unless I absolutely have too. Sorry for the this review.

If I could, I would give this store an extra star. I purchased a humidifier from here for our furnace. Upon opening the box, it appeared that parts were missing. A call to the store was enough for them to offer give me parts out of their own stock to ensure I could complete the installation. After a trip to the store, we discovered they didn't have everything I needed, so they had a second humidifier unit shipped in that day from another store so they could provide me the parts required. While this is one example where they've gone above and beyond, service there has always been great for me and it's our first go-to spot for our home's needs.
