Worst customer service ever!!!!! I have been to three florist before I went here. She was so condsending and rude. I went to ask about flowers for my wedding. And before I could say anything she was telling me I had to do homework about what I wanted. Everything I said I was wrong. She refused to give me a very rough price and said I was an idoit for the prices I got already. Which were at least four hundred under her lowest. Dont go her unless you enjoy being insulted

Went there to get birthday balloons for my 5 year old. I told the guy this and the guy behind the counter offered to me beer balloons. Like really . I said my child is 5. Not 20 . He says to me I'm joking. Just wasn't impressed and the balloon is completely deflated with in 2 days. Just sad.

I placed an order with this company for over $120 based on a photo from the website. When the order was received it has about half the size with only a couple of the flowers shown in the picture and whatever little flowers there were died the following morning. I called to advise the owner of this matter and he was so rude called me a liar on the phone and told me that I could send him a photo of the arrangement but he would not care. Absolute terrible product quality and terrible service . I have them one star in order to write this review to hopefully keep others from being ripped off.

I am so thankful to Flowers By Freesia. After a disastrous experience with another florist in Windsor, I was left in a predicament to get flowers delivered to my mother on her birthday. It was almost 5 p.m. and called a friend in Windsor who referred Flowers by Freesia. What a blessing they were. They went above and beyond and truly stepped up to the situation. Once they became aware of what had happened, they really delivered. After expecting the order to be delivered the next morning, I received a call saying they would drive the flowers to my mother that evening. Way to save the day for her 70th birthday!!! Amazing Customer Service. I will be using you for all of my future orders!! Thank-you!!!!

I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral visitation thursday at noon and they were delivered by 3 pm same day. I ordered on the phone and was given excellent advice and my family was thrilled with all 3 bouquets. My Mom really loved the Beautiful Heart bouquet with the Angel keepsake, which was suggested by the florist. Wonderful experience in a sad situation with good quality fresh flowers and very prompt service.

I ordered the Peaceful White Lily basket for a funeral, I thought it looked very nice in the picture on their website so I ordered it over the phone that morning. They delivered it to the funeral home that afternoon and it was even more beautiful in person. This is the first time I've ordered flowers from Freesia, I am so pleased with their customer service, timeliness and their attention to detail in this arrangement, it really was absolutely beautiful. They are definitely the florist that I will be ordering all my arrangements from.
