Edit: Shortly after leaving this review, the owner contacted me to address the issue. She was very pleasant and apologetic about the situation. She surprised my mom the next day with another beautiful bouquet. I truly think she went above to make the situation right. I would use this company again.
The flowers were extremely late. Like nearly 7:30 pm before they were delivered. I guess that the driver had issues finding her house? Even though it’s all perfectly displayed. She called him back, and he said he’d have to coming later in the day because he is busy doing something else at the moment. It would have been nice if they delivered earlier so she would have been surprised for her birthday. Or even if he called me, who purchased them. Also, the actually arrangement significantly differed from the online photo. I understand that some flowers need to be substituted due to what’s available. However, this looked different. Also I purchased at the $80 level and it looked as big as the image portrayed at a $60 level. They arrangement was pretty, however I don’t feel I got what I paid for.response / report this review -

Lovely shop, flowers and owners. Selection hugh and great. Bought large plant with orchids, reasonable price just got to business a bit late. Glad recipient was still at wk. Thank u ladies.

Not realizing the time difference between England and Canada and how late I had left it, I Made an order 10 mins before this store closed to have flowers delivered for my Niece.. (did contact another store but they refused as they were closing so couldn’t deliver). The lady I spoke to was so helpful and as I needed the flowers delivered same day she agreed to deliver (maybe with a little hesitancy 😊). I’d like to thank this store especially the lady who took the order for delivering at such short notice and for delivering a beautiful bunch of flowers, (my Niece loved them). I will surely be using this store in future. If I could leave more than 5* I would. Thank you 👍🏽

Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced while ordering flowers. I am not in the Windsor area and they made it so easy for me. The flowers were delivered same day and were beautiful! Thank you K Michael's flowers!

I am so grateful for the service and flower arrangements K Michael's provides. I will continue to order from them and give them a good reference as they always go above and beyond and only deliver the best! Even in the worst of times (COVID 19) I was able to order a beautiful arrangement and have it delivered the same day with a smile! Pictures don't do these beautiful arrangements the justice they deserve and the whole house smells amazing! Thank you so much Lisa for your amazing talents as well as the whole Wojdylo family for keeping this family business at its best.

Had a negative experience - delivery did not make it to the house on the day of my aunt's birthday. They said they tried two times but did not call me or leave any notification of this. Finally the next day after numerous phone calls they were finally delivered, all flowers very wilted and in bad shape. Called the owner who was not apologetic in the least bit but advised she would call my aunt and send her some new flowers. - That never happened. Wish there was a way to give this company 0 stars.

I have a slight handicap which affects my ability to walk. K. Michaels is one of the many businesses in Windsor who haven't bothered to clear the snow on their adjoining sidewalk.

Wow! What an awesome shop! I am from out of town and called to send flowers to my daughter at work for Adminstrative Assistant's Day. The flowers were delivered within an hour. Thank you Ivana!

I absolutely LOVE this flower shop!!! It has so much more than just flowers!!
The staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!! They create the most unique designs and put an extra added touch to all their creations!!
I highly recommend K Michaels Flowers for every occasion!!
