The OSL retail services are amazing! The worker there, Jose, knew what he was doing and was a great help with my problems/helping me get a new phone! I 100% recommend them if you are looking for some help with your phone or in need for a new one!

One lady at the customer service desk extremely rude when I was returning something.
Another time I was in the sports section just last week, I asked an employee if she could get someone for me to open the knife cabinet.10 minuits later a gentleman came with a handful of keys telling me he is from the electronics section and is trying the electronic keys , they sometimes work!!!
They worked for one lock but not the other he left to go get someone else. WAITED AND WAITED 20 MIN later. I walked past the electronics section and he was back at his register helping other people. I just left.

Customer service 🙄 is so slow, called in to ask for the price of one item, and I'm still waiting. Mike from customer service. you suck at your job!!! So I hung up cause I was on hold for a really long time and called back and asked them if they could hold Lol they hung up on me.

I like Walmart they always have everything I'm looking for,,, plus lots of other stuff I didn't know I wanted lol It's always my first choice when I need things from food to electronics.. I love the prices and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed with the customer service at the Walmart at 304 Erie St S, Leamington, ON N8H 3C5. I stopped in quickly before work to pick up some headphones. An employee helped me find ones that would work with my phone, but then left because it was his break. The headphones were locked up so I couldn't grab them myself, so I ended up sitting there waiting for someone else. The cashier working the electronic department came by with a customer and I asked her for some assistance after she was done. She cashed out the customer she was helping but then accepted 2 more customers who had nothing from the electronic department, just 2 carts of groceries. I arrived at the store around 8:30pm and started work at 9:00pm so I couldn't stay long. After about 20 minutes I asked her if she could just quickly grab them for me so I can pay upfront and I was told I have to pay for them there so I ended up leaving around 8:50. The service was terrible, and I won't be going back anytime soon

So I went to Walmart yesterday, and I bought a Bluetooth speaker. I get it, purchase it, and the buttons are jammed in. I think "No big deal, I'll just return it tomorrow as it was 9:30 P.M. I go in and I go to the return desk and they don't let me return it. Thanks Walmart. I'm done shopping there.

Their produce is almost always badly bruised. Customer service is nice and helpful though and the "sticker man" is so friendly😊.

Super easy lay out to understand. Big enough ilse. Staff is super handy and helpful. Always a quick trip.

Had family pics done in the studio, Steve was great! Friendly and patient with my four kids, I would definitely recommend him. The only reason it's not five stars is because Walmart does not have enough staff in that department.

One of the worst customer service in leamington seems like the employees their just lost all hope in life and don't care to provide a good service.
Don't believe just walk into the store look at the employees they all look miserable.
I once asked about a product that was on sale and the prices were all mixed up on the shelfing and it was confusing so I had to look everywhere first for someone from that department then when I found someone all he said to us is "what do you want me to do about it"
I guess first by doing your job! Smart one anyways I've had way to many bad experiences at this store would rather drive to the next Walmart then going to this oneresponse / report this review
