  Bought a Spectra radiator from Autopartsonline.ca which was supplied by sutherland automotive. Sent me an opened box and missing parts. Had to get the missing parts from the manufacturing company. I will never buy again.

  They have always treated us good until we needed a return. We verified that we could return before we bought it. But when broght back they look for a reason to not accept it. He gave me the runaround with no intention of actually accepting the return. The product we even still sealed in the original packaging.

  Okay selection. Lots of staff but not cashier's. Pricey products. Suited to wholesale suppliers and not walk-in. Drivers pilot delivery vehicles in an unprofessional manner, and speed alot.

  Everything I go, I get excellent service. they help me find and figure out what I need. Their inventory is well stocked, and organized so it never takes more than a couple seconds for them to pull up the part, or pricing, or whatever I'm looking for.
  I'm always looking for deals, so I usually shop around before going in, but almost always end up there.
  Can't find better service or prices. :D

  I used to buy all my auto parts from Parts source or Canadian tire, these experiences were usually frustrating and half the time I wouldn't even get the right part. Enter Sutherland Automotive, seriously I have never had a bad experience here! Every sales associate has been super friendly and knowledgeable. Save your time and your money and goto Sutherland Automotive
