Very courteous and helpful staff. Reception did a great job of explaining the SGI claim process and laying out my options. My truck was completed much sooner than I expected and in excellent repair. To top off this excellent customer experience, they detailed the interior after I had left it with them in absolute filth 🙂

Got my door/bumper fixed there 2 months ago. Completely unacceptable job. Door now makes very loud noise everytime I open and close it. Was working out of town for months after so did not have time to take it back. I will never be taking anything their again.

I got hit with a giant rock that caused some pretty ugly damage. These guys told me to drop it off on the night I came back from out of town and they had it back to me the following evening. They did an excellent job and couldn't be happier with the result. 10/10 would come back here.

Truck roof was replaced and looks great, no leaks and no issues noticed. Everyone up front was respectable, very friendly and had no issues there. Asked how much extra to replace peeling plastic door guards, or whatever they are called, I was told they would re tape them on. Showed up to pick up truck at time I was told to be there but had to wait. Everything looked fine but Employee from back was quite rude getting keys for rental. Plastic guards peeled off shortly later, much worse than the slightly lifting as when I asked if they could fix it. Same employee who was rude was also driving company truck aggressively behind me a couple weeks past getting work done, ended up goingto the same place. Not that it affects quality of the roof replacement or painting on my truck but won't recommend this place simply because the employee is an angry man who apparently has no customer service skills nor can he property install door guards

Impeccable experience. They definitely know what they are doing. They made the experience much less stressful with their knowledge, were impressively professional, and exceeded my expectations. They were recommended to me and I will certainly recommend to anyone needing repairs. Very considerate for a clients needs and efficient in getting your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. Very courteous and prompt. They took the stress out of managing a rental, and I was on my way in very short order. Murray was very understanding and supportive. Our conversation was comprehensive and informative. I felt that my concerns were well noted.
