Went in looking for a part for my very old tent trailer. The parts department guy was super nice and even gave my daughter a free lanyard! They didn't have the piece I needed this time but if I'm looking for something else I will head back there.

BOUGHT A NEW ALPINE 5TH WHEEL FROM LARDNERS A FEW MONTHS AGO,,,HAD THE USUAL COUPLE TOUCH -UPS AFTER MAIDEN VOYAGE TO GET REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY WHICH WAS PROMPLTLY LOOKED AFTER BUT A WATER VALVE WAS SUCKING AIR AND PUMP WOULD NOT STOP RUNNING,THIS WAS A SATURDAY AND THE TRAILER WAS OUT AT THE DRAGSTRIP ,THEY SENT A SERVICE MAN OUT ON A SAT MORNING TO DEAL WITH THIS AND REPLACE THE VALVE,,WHEN IT WAS DONE HE LEFT A NOTE APOLIGIZING FOR THE OVERSIGHT,,,SIGNED KELLY LARDNER,,,,,,THIS IS WHY I DEAL WITH LARDNERS TRAILER,,,GET THAT ANYWHERE ELSE? NOT LIKLEY

I contacted I recall a person named Alex on June 7/17 and expressed my desire to purchase the Keystone Passport 175BH. I had agreed to pay the asking price and wanted to figure out to my options regarding price and shipping as I had work obligations coming up. I agreed upon the terms and I had one final SIMPLE request of the salesperson to take a picture and show me the existence of the vehicle as I had been fooled before at another dealer where they advertised a vehicle and when I had got there it didn't exist. It was a simple request to take one picture and he said to me "I will not go and take that picture for you". Needless to say I was shocked as I though there were in the service business. I promptly decided to go elsewhere and spend $1000 more just to purchase the same vehicle from another dealer. Very insulted to say the least and extremely poor service. Do not tolerate this type of service from sales staff.

We recently bought a new travel trailer from Lardners and were extremely impressed and very, very happy with the entire experience. Absolutely everyone was pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable, and as I said to my wife afterwards, they were just plain nice people. Not only was everything about the sale straightforward and honest, they also did a ton of extra stuff for free - placing little levels on the trailer, cotter pins in the bumper to keep the caps from falling off, and providing a full propane tank and battery. After everything was done they also gave us a 2 hour+ orientation session where we learned everything about the trailer, provided their own manual for the trailer (in addition to the official, technical ones that come with it), and tolerated a million (dumb?) questions from us as this was our first trailer. They even gave us complementary jackets! We drove all the way from Calgary as their prices were much cheaper than those closer to home and to make it easier for us they arranged everything so that we could get the entire purchase, etc. done in one day, even though we weren't even sure we'd take the trailer until we'd seen it. Shelley (sales) even printed out maps for us to help us find our way to the bank and insurance dealer!
We'd definitely buy from them again and I'd recommend them to anyone.response / report this review -
