  Yup, stood in line for 10 minutes and the old dude wouldn’t even look at me before he walked away. Honestly, a look, and explanation that they are busy(which they weren’t at 8 am) is all that is needed, instead I was plainly ignored. You people deal with customer!! Why would you allow customers to be treated like an inconvenience? I suppose it goes without saying that I’ll never step foot in that business again. Wish zero stars was an option. Well done!

  I hunted on a Saturday for some hard-to-find wheel seals for my vacation trailer. I went to NAPA and dealt with Carol-Ann (EE #68) who is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She located the seals easily and assisted with some battery accessories too. Thank-you!

  I have to give this place 5 stars as the store is great and full of so many items. I went in for 2 belts and when they didn't have them the guy behind the counter actually phoned other places to find them for me. Service was beyond reproach
