Surdel Carpets sold to us and installed our Master Bedroom carpet in April 2015. It was showing stretching in some areas. We called Surdel and were readily booked for a service call. Dave the installer arrived today. He was friendly and a true professional. He explained what he would do to rectify the situation and did it. The carpet looks new again. Excellent service! Thank you

Great service, after reading the reviews we decided to come to Surdel to get carpets for a master bedroom. We are doing extensive renovations to the bedroom and bathrooms and we had a short timeline to get everything completed. We came to Surdel an hour before they closed, explained our situation and in less than half an hour we had a carpet picked out and an installation date. One of the owners even came by our house after they closed to do the measurements that same day! On the day of installation they had to put a small transition in as the bathroom tile and living room carpet had a 1 inch height difference. They did an awesome job, they were quick professional and the transition strip they put in makes the height difference barely noticeable. I have nothing but praise for the service and installation.

Simply…. Wow! The Surdel Carpet family exceeded our expectations again for the 4th time. The installers truly care about the little details which, in my opinion, make a project perfect & not just “good enough”. Working with installation & service companies every day I truly appreciate the value of having front line people who combine both awesome people and trade skills. Like the old saying; "The bitterness of low quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". We could shop around and find a cheaper price but with Surdel you get what you pay for; quality, value & service. Allow lots of time when you visit them as the product selection is vast.

We recently carpeted our basement rec/media room with Surdel Carpets. Love the product they suggested and everyone who has seen it comments on how squishy/cozy it is and loves the colour.
Everyone who works at Surdel Carpets was extremely helpful and professional from the sales staff to the installers. We were very happy with our experience from start to finish and would definitely choose them again for any carpeting needs. You get what you pay for and money was well spent! Good guarantee too, should we ever need it!

Lianne at Surdel Carpets provided all the assistance we desired for the selection of our flooring and window covering for our new house. The range of products available was quite extensive. Prior to and during installation, she always had time to attend to our needs and made numerous trips to our job site - some after normal working hours. She worked with their installer and hardwood flooring supplier to ensure that the proper hardwood product was delivered and meticulously installed. As a result both the flooring and window coverings are high quality and impressive looking. We have no problem recommending them (and Lianne in particular) to our friends.
