  Just about everthing can be decided including fabric vs. leather or colors. But price is a bit higher in comparison.

  Large open complex.
  Staff are pleasant and not pushy. Assistance was there if and when you needed it.
  Some good sale items on the floor.

  Will NEVER EVER go to the store again. Attended the store a few weeks ago to find a sofa for our new home. The sales lady was very nice and helped me find the perfect sofa, at this time she informed me that there was a sale and the sofa would be approximately $2500. Awesome I thought, that's about what I want to pay, but my husband would have to come and sit on it for the final say. Fast forward a couple of weeks (we went on holidays) my husband and I go into the store and he loves it. When we arrived the same sales lady was on staff, so I choose to deal with her as I had last time. She informs me that the sofa is on sale (15% off of the listed price of $2998) and not only that I will get no tax on the whole purchase. On that note we decide to add an ottoman to the purchase, completed the transaction and we left.
  
  The next day I receive a call stating that my purchase has been cancelled due to the sales lady making a mistake, it was either 15% off OR no tax and oh by the way.. neither of those apply if the original item is on sale. Basically a TFB situation.
  
  After the weekend I call and speak to the customer service manager who basically states that we are all human and we all make mistakes and the price of the sofa is $2998 and the ottoman(which we NEVER saw in person) is also magically on sale so no deal there. Another TFB.
  
  Ended up going to another store and purchasing both pieces and GUESS WHAT??? The "sale" price that Lane quoted me for the ottoman is the base price I paid at the other store. On sale my ass!!

  We will never step foot into this store again! Arrived this morning to look at a couple of Palliser sofas and fabric samples. As soon as the sales woman found out we were only browsing because we're buying at the factory in Mexico, she became extremely rude, did not want to answer questions, dropped the fabric samples and walked away. I guess she didn't think that maybe we would buy something locally in the future but we definitely won't be! Customer service at the Ashley store was excellent. Maybe you can take some pointers there.

  We bought a sofa and loveseat here and are very happy with it. The salesperson was helpful (not pushy) and delivery went very well.

  I bought my first piece of furniture for my new home here and it was a great experience. The fact that I only bought a sofa was not a factor, I was treated exceptionally. There were two concerns when the sofa was delivered and a very professional technician (Luis) was sent over within 24 hours to fix both items. Excellent customer service, show room and sales person.

  Last year we completed an extensive renovation on our house. We went to Lane Furnishings and found that the staff was very knowledgeable. They spent an entire two days with my wife, myself and our interior designer looking for furniture for 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and family room. They provided expert advise on all our different options. We have referred Lane Furnishing to our friends and colleagues. We can't wait to go back!
