Always professional, helpful and friendly! Went there a few years back when I needed a refill on my contact lenses, and my regular optometrist wouldn't refill it without me doing another eye exam. (My insurance only covers one every second year) Called West Coast Optical on a whim and they have never been anything less than amazing!

I had the best experience with these guys! I went in with a specific item in mind an, adorable pair of Kate Spade frames. Though they didn't have them in stock they were able to locate the exact frame I wanted and ordered them! The frames, with incredible lenses were more than $100 cheaper than a place near by and they arrived earlier than quoted!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I am so thankful I found them!

Great place! 1st time going thanks to reading previous google reviews. Dr Wong is very nice friendly and professional. All the staff are patient and give honest feedback when they are assisting you with finding the right pair of glasses. Everyone is extremely friendly. I will recommend this place to everyone.

We have been buying all our optical needs from these wonderful people for years. Great customer service! May not be the cheapest place in town but certainly some of the best service I’ve ever received. They are worth every extra penny I’ve ever spent there. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came time to fit our 8 year old son with contact lenses for when he plays hockey. Cannot recommend them enough. Give them a chance to earn your business and I’m sure they will.

I've been going here since I was a kid! I've gotten all of my glasses (3 pairs in 15 (ish) years) and they've been so amazing. (Although my first pair is pretty much identical to Harry Potter glasses, all the rage at the time apparently, haha) The staff here is like family, every time I come in they are so sweet, and absolutely love when I bring my 5 month old daughter in. Everyone should come here and I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get glasses. They really go above and beyond in every circumstance and I've never been disappointed. Quality glasses, amazing service, and seriously good people.

After searching for a good optemetry clinic. I am very happy to find that with West Coast Optical. From the receptionist to Dr. Grace, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I found Dr. Grace very knowledgeable and inviting. The receptionist acknowledge your presence, help you find the right fit and are pressure-free. I would definitely recommend this place for my family and friends. I am very happy with my visit. Thank you!

The team has been amazing. I have a very unique prescription and needed the best progressive lens available. Additionally, my prescription changed 3 times within 3 months and the staff were very accommodating to my needs and got me the new lenses very quickly and for no charge. Compared to my previous experiences with chain stores, I will not go back to chains and plan on being a loyal customer to West Coast. Everyone has been patient, understanding, and helpful.

Every time I've entered West Coast Optical, I've felt welcomed, invited and cared for. All of the front retail staff are simply wonderful. I appreciate the knowledge and honesty that the ladies provided me. The Optometrist Dr. Wong was lovely and made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I was looking around at other lens providers for approximately 6 months before I found West Coast Optical. I heard everything from "that'll be too expensive" to "those make your eyes look droopy" (and I'm serious.) Feeling frustrated, a friend recommended that I try West Coast and I am SO thankful that I did!

I was looking for an optical office in Greater Vancouver with PATIENT, TRUSTWORTHY, COMPETENT, AND HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONALS to order new glasses. I finally FOUND IT ALL IN WEST COAST OPTICAL.

I was assisted by Andrew, the owner. At the first encounter, not even being sure if I would place an order, he patiently spent with me about 2 hours. Andrew answered all my questions, made suggestions, which proved later to be extremely valuable, and helped me to find a suitable frame.

I needed to think it over and left that day without buying a thing and without even a promise to come back. Andrew did not push me, did not show any disappointment. I met only understanding and a desire to help - amazing experience. Needless to say, I was back a couple of days later to place the order.

The new glasses are very comfortable. The frame and lenses are perfectly fitted, which improved my visual experience enormously. The prescription made by Dr. G. Wong also gave me the best visual experience in years.

Meeting with the rest of the crew was a pleasure. Sandy, Stephanie and Ronaye – professional, patient, always friendly and ready to help.

It takes me 40 minutes of driving one way to reach West Coast Optical. I will drive to this place again even if it takes way longer. It is worth the effort!
