  Northwind Heating installed my furnace 3 years ago when my new home was built. I called them Monday afternoon after my furnace stopped working over the weekend by 2:30 I received a call from them saying a service rep would be at the house to take a look at 3:30. Jason arrived as promised, and by 4:00 the furnace was as good as new again.

  My wife and I just had a new fireplace installed by 'Northwind Heating'. Our experience from the beginning of the sales process through to the installation was very professional, friendly and courteous. The quality of the products and the experience of their team was first class.

  We are so happy with the service and installation of our new furnace and A/C system by Northwind Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. Brad and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of the installation was perfect. We had limited space in our house to install the furnace and every piece of it was installed to save every bit of space possible, even if something needed to be rerun to save a few inches, without me even asking, it was done. We really feel that these guys are proud of their work and we appreciate the detail that went into the installation. We are 100% satisfied with the final product and are enjoying our perfectly heated and cooled home.

  Northwind Heating recently installed our furnace and water heater. The person who came out to give us the quote was very personable and gave us a fair quote. The installer took time to listen to some specifics we wanted to make sure were taken care of and they did a great job

  I've been using Northwind Heating for over 10 years for my projects and for my own home. Rick, Brad, and the rest of the guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and they work their butts off to make sure each and every customer is happy. They were even willing to travel out to the Squamish Valley (That is a long drive from Surrey!) to do a job for me and did it at a very reasonable price.
  
  I have never had an issue with them, whether it's been fireplaces, HVAC, or gas-fitting. They do it all and do it well and are prompt. Most importantly for me as a builder, when they promise to be there, they will be therethey are absolutely reliable.

  After their technician inspected my fireplace, I was told it needs a new gas valve and they will order and install it for me. I called them more than 5 times during the following weeks and did not get any answer. finally after a month, I was told that they can't finish my job and asked me to call another company. Very disappointing. Will never do business with them and don't recommend them to anyone.

  We had a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed,very pleased with how quiet it is and the even heating and cooling. Our experience with Northwind was a positive one start to finish.
  We benefited from Brad's knowledge and patience in choosing the product and the installation went smoothly. Knowledgeable, efficient polite and pleasant. The way a company should be run.

  Northwind Heating provides a very customized customer service approach. Heating systems are a significant investment that are made for every home, and they can be very intimidating to the average consumer as the modern day technology is always changing and the consumer section choices can be overwhelming at times.
  
  Northwind’s approach is not a one size fits all type that you may receive from other larger scale competitors. Not only will they meet with you to identify what your needs and goals are for the system, they will explain all of the design options and the cost versus return on performance issues to assist you in making your selections. Thus, they will not simply upsell you all of the most high end equipment available on the market that you do not need, but instead they will design you practical system that is appropriate for your needs.
  
  Their brand selection makes the buying experience much more streamlined, as they utilize a limited number of manufacturers components and models for equipment that they are confident with, so the consumer has an easier time making their selections, and can be confident that the products they are selecting from are products that Northwind also has confidence in.
  
  The level of interaction with the owner of the company is important, and that interaction with the owner during my project included all stages of design, layout, scheduling, and installation throughout the entire project. This level of customer service is difficult to find these days, as typically once a job is obtained, it is turned over to the crew on site to manage. Even though Northwind’s crews were most competent and respectable to deal with, having the added level of ongoing involvement from the owner provided an even better customer experience.
  
  I would absolutely recommend Northwind for a new HVAC system design / installation or even a simple fireplace replacement / installation.
