Walked in with a simple repair for my Prada sunglasses. The man there laughed and said he couldn't fix them, had no idea where to get it done, and added, "I guess that's what you get for buying $300 sunglasses, hahaha!" Very funny. Got them promptly repaired at Visual Eyes Optometrist in Murrayville instead. Gosh, business must be really good if you can chase potential customers away with nonsense like that!

great customer service and you feel so much welcomed. she did my husband's eye test and helped us find a right pair so fast. she did not try to sell us whatever she wanted. she listened carefully and got us an amazing deal on a pair of RayBan glasses. love them. Awesome job team.
