I have rented a uhaul from this place twice, and I absolutely love it. I definitely recommend them. Clean trucks, friendly staff. Very helpful with every question we had, even the area we moved to. :)

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. Nice on the surface, but wait if they make a mistake. They will show major attitude and say that they are not U-haul - but Sunnyside Storage. Somehow being a franchisee of Uhaul doesn't qualify them as representing U-Haul. Despite being part of the franchise, they have contempt for Uhaul and don't mind sharing that with the customers. Uhaul corporate resolved the issue nicely and professionally - Sunnyside only provided attitude and excuses. I am dealing with head office concerning their status as a U-haul neightbourhood centre.

Zero stars!
Booked the u-hall truck month in advance for my anticipated move on August 1st, went to pick it up as scheduled, not only the truck was not available at the location of my choice (Sunnyside Self Storage, 15553 24 Ave, Surrey, BC V4A 2J4), the front desk informed me that the truck is not here, there is nothing they can do, and I should just "take a bus to another location", so I did. I rest my case..

Rented a U-Haul for a small move. Super convenient and even gave me some money off the rate as I had only travelled 10 km but the truck took $20 to get back to the fill line. They made it right without hesitation.

We recently used Sunnyside Easy Storage Trailers to help us with our move. Dean brought trailers to our home, we filled them and he delivered on the day we moved into our new home. Awesome service that helped make our move more organized and easy! We highly recommend the service.

Zero for customer service from Greg J and a bad attitude. Definitely wouldn't use or recommend this place to anyone and Greg J couldnt care less. For what I purchased they were overpriced . Also wondering if this is the same Greg J that gave the company a 5 star review.Hope not, that would be cheating.
