An absolutely horrible experience. The manager played tricky mind games with the customers , and put their own employees at a very awkward position. The sales person Cole was absolutely amazing , he tries his best for customers biggest benefit and is always polite with a smile on him. He is a fantastic sales person. But his manager , Deejay , came along and ruined everything,he was rude. I had to stand up and shake his hand at first. If you are trying to negotiate, he would throw the paper on the table and walk away. he raised the almost 400 dollars next day after I put down 800 dollars deposit the night before ! Are you kidding me ! This is not a reliable establishment, especially the management. What kind of dealership would raise their price after agreement ! Don’t deal with the management. It’s a waste of time!

This was my first experience at Crown Nissan and Chad made it a great one! He was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me get exactly the vehicle I was looking for. The whole process was fun, fast and easy. Chad was always available to address any questions or concerns that I had. At Crown Nissan my family and I were helped by Eric. We were very impressed with how professional and polite he was, and how comfortable he made us feel. You can tell he really cares about the work he does, as he was honest about the whole process, and made sure we were getting a reliable vehicle that suited all of our needs. Everything was fine good understanding sales rep. When I picked up the Rouge the detail was not good, sales rep had to bring it back twice. When we got home we spent an hour or so cleaning the dog mess of the inside. I appreciate what the rep did for us.

Easy, no pressure purchase.

Chad was an ideal salesman. Genuinely seemed to care about what he does. Thorough and detailed in what you ask.

Esa made the purchase and financing itself a breeze. Very friendly and personable. Seemed to go out of her way to work out the best deal possible.

All in all it was a great place to purchase a vehicle. I should also note that I bought a used Versa, so certainly not a large purchase in comparison to their higher end cars, so I don't doubt that they treat all their customers with respect.

We had a fantastic sale guy (Cole) and then the sales manager came along and the excellent experience went down hill from there. The sales manager was very abrasive and impatient . We would loved to have worked further with Cole, he was comfortable to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. We were set on buying a car on Friday however the sales manager lost Cole the sale. Unfortunately we took our business else where.

I just wanted to take a minute to express how great my experience at Crown Nissan was with the professional help from Chad Storozuk!! First off, he made an effort of gathering all the things that were important to me when purchasing a vehicle including features, colour, cost, style, purpose, etc. This made things a breeze when it came time to test drive some vehicles! I must add that Chad made this experience more fun that it's ever been for me by being prepared with some good tunes for my test drives!! Chad answered all my questions and went above and beyond to give me more than what I even knew was possible. I HIGHLY recommend going to see Chad when looking for a vehicle, he does not make you feel pressured in any sense and definitely has got some good jokes to make you laugh along the way. Thanks Chad!!
