Staff are professional, but they won't go above and beyond for you, so throw those expectations at the door. Products are overpriced, but printing is competitive with UBC and cheaper at this location than other Staples locations.

Staff is totally unhelpful, rolled my eyes at me when I asked where the resume paper was, despite them not even having resume paper and just saying to buy stock paper. Not worth your time if you need anything more than a pencil.

Great to have it on campus and they seem to have reasonable prices for stationary items etc needed for school. Helpful staff too.

Staff really don't care. Good alternative to Bookstore if you are without transportation to get better service and products outside of endowment lands.

I came to their copy corner with a simple little print job and they went out of their way to be unhelpful. The simplest things were suddenly "impossible", such as selecting 'actual size' on the print dialogue or letting me select the type of paper I want my stuff printed on. I left empty-handed.

If you're looking for stationaries, there's solace in the fact that it's much cheaper than the bookstore. There's often a deal for items like notebooks. It's pretty well stocked but items not on a deal are a bit overpriced. The staff are friendly but could be more knowledgeable and the electronics section can be outdated and pricey.

Good printing service - good luck buying something here and needing assistance. You will be met with very patronizing staff, if anybody helps you at all
