Very satisfied with service from the drop off to the pick up. The dealership accommodates my schedule and supports it with a service vehicle as needed or the shuttle.
Awesome service. Working With Dave Caskey exceeded my expectations and he went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. Go here and you won't go wrong.
Purchased a new 2017 F150 Lariat from St Thomas Ford 7 weeks ago and love it, a big thank you to Chris Sykes for patiently dealing with me. However I am not so impressed with the service department. Today I received a quote for winter tires, rims and sensors that was $300 higher than Canadian Tire for the identical products. I didn't realize that getting a deal on a truck meant I would be ripped off on my first visit back into the very same dealership. Shame on you.
I had amazing service from Brandon the salesman who was very informative and took his time helping me get the right fit for me. Any issues I had which their were none, Brandon and all the staff there were always willing to help, asking if their was anything they could do for me. Great experience and all around 10 out of 10 sale for me thanks for the truck guys.
Thrilled with my 2008 Lincoln Town Car. The staff at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, making all the information about the car readily available. The car came exactly as described and was fully certified. Would highly recommend this dealership.
It is with much pleasure that we can offer a glowing review of St. Thomas Ford. We purchased a 2017 F350 and traded in a used truck. Mitchell Boughner handled the the transaction flawlessly for us. Our questions were answered promptly, the truck was ready on time as promised. Plus, at no time was there any annoying up-selling or gimmicks. The dealership allowed a great price for our trade and Mitchell was a pleasure to work with on the deal. Highly recommended!! Susan Hunter
Fabulous and friendly, and flexible with the test-driving process, Chris Sykes and the team made it super-easy to drive away with my new favorite vehicle (an F150 XLT Sport, btw). This is the first new vehicle for me; my '05 had a tape deck. They had multiple trucks that had the specs I was interested in, and if it wasn't on their lot, they had access to over ten other Ford dealerships. Looking forward to continuing to get great service over time!
We were visiting St. Thomas when we got a screw in the tire and it was leaking fast. We're over an hour away from home and a major highway between here and there. Plus we wanted to be in the St. Thomas car show that was starting in a few hours (we were driving a 1949 Dodge sedan). We first went to Canadian Tire and the guy there was a snob and basically couldn't be bothered with us. Everything else was closed.
I called the dealership with fingers crossed and Steve got us in right away. Less than 30 minutes and we were out. Even though they were closing soon. They were all super friendly, interetered in the car, and very reasonably priced. We we're expecting double what they charged us. They provided us with water and coffee too.
I came to St. Thomas on a Saturday afternoon in my 49 dodge. Caught a screw in the tire and like an idiot did not have a spare.
Called around, Canadian tire snubbed me and most places were closed. They were happy to help me an hour before closing with a tire repair and at an amazing price.
Very helpful, professional and friendly staff.
Thanks guys. I'm off to the car show.
I find all the staff have great customer service skills. During a routine oil change they found a bad tie rod. I think it was a big concern for me. It was bad. They had a car handy for me to drive home to Tillsonburg. Had to order the part for the next day. I love how they treat me as a customer. Definitely worth the drive from Tillsonburg.
