I had the new chocolate mint green tea latte, it was delicious and we'll worth the price that is charged.

It is a great place to have breakfast, lunch or even just a coffee & a chat with a friend. Very calm & relaxing place$

I am going to this coffee shop for more than 3 years and I was very happy with the food and service. They have a good quality of fresh food and awesome coffee collection.

However, I can feel something changes and go wrong with this business. Food is still great and fresh, but some of them were taken off menu. Customer service is horrible. The staff is slow and not friendly, they always look tired and don't want to look at customers or smile.

The drive through line is not busy at all, but the technology is difficult for servers to hearing, so it makes orders going slow. Don't recommend to go drivethough!

    DO NOT USE THE DRIVETHRU!

A very serious contender for the least efficient/slowest drive through service in Canada, it's made up for by their very tasty and fresh food, coffee and tea. Pricey for fairly standard cafe fair, but you can't deny the quality, so go in instead of driving through if you have some extra money and time.

Quite loud in back room when trying to go for a coffee and work, but other tables were good, as long as your device is charged. Food is okay, waffles are delicious and good for sharing. Decent coffee.

I love the customer service and the cozy atmosphere in this cafe. The cashier and servers were amazingly approachable, accomodating and friendly. I appreciate the free refills of hot water for our tea.

A bit pricey but worth it for a fast meal that's good quality and not "fast food".

Great place to meet a friend for a tea but is a little bit on the pricey side. They atmosphere is cosy and they don't mind if you linger and chat for awhile.

Williams is one of my favourite go to spots. Good for studying, catching up with friends, or having a great one on one conversation. The chill atmosphere is what always brings me back. Can't go wrong with the smoothies, coffees, desserts, and yummy cappuccino! Love the lactose free options!

Paid 12 bucks for a latte and a egg, BACON, avocado, cheese. After waiting 20 minutes and another 10 minutes after my girlfriend got her food, I finally got my bagel, which to be honest did not look great, after looking at it closer i noticed i had no bacon, after asking about this, the server said oh sorry we ran out of bacon would you like a refund. I was pretty angry at this point and took the refund. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE BACON AT 11 AM ON A SUNDAY?? First and last time in a Williams cafe.
