  We left the dealer ship and a engine light came on right away.the the owner of the company said that they would fix it but mike said that we are not doing anything more for you cuz we took it to crystler about the air bag module needed to be replaced and mike said make the appointment so i did and told them to check out the engine light but he didnt want me to take it there for that so he called me flipping out on me so there is a lot of communication problems with this place. And the problem with the engine light is the power converter in the transmission. This was our first time buying a car and the experience was horrible. The point is when you say something keep your word.

  Just great! Everyone at the dealership was great, it was nice to go to a car lot and be treated with respect. Would totally recommend these guys, they are awesome!!!

  Where to start? I was interested in a vehicle at glad autos that they had posted on autotrader. In their ad they said they would beat any local competitors price of similar make/model ect. I called in and told them about a vehicle two blocks from them that was VERY similar. Not only would they not beat the price but they denied the statement was even made (despite me telling them the statement was listed with the car ad and still is!) Needless to say I went with the other dealers car which ended up being $4500 less than what glads auto was asking! Plus the car I bought was a year newer and had the added feature of a back up camera. They are WAY over priced. To top it all off, I got a virus from going on to their website. Price around before commiting to buying a car from them

  I thought I was getting looked after when they said they would. I bought a 2009 Jeep patriot. They told me if the engine light comes on its normal but it should go back off and not to worry unless it stays on for a week. It came on and off for a day here and last for a couple of days. So told them what I found out about the intake manifold running control actuator it was the problem they told me to go to there machanic and they would pay for half the part since it was just over the 30 days. Which had started before that. The part was $194.00 before taxes at the dealership which was the cheapest I could find. It fixed the problem but now they won't pay for it. I also had to do a front end alignment since the tires got worn out with in the first month. I also had to replace the spark plugs since it felt like the transmission was slipping after doing diagnostic at Danny's transmission he recommended changing the spark plugs which fixed the issue. $420 in work in the first 2 months and nothing to help out with it. Because they said they could get parts cheaper half the price but still wouldn't pay a 1/4 of the price. They are crooks both this place and Hollywood motors on Oxford. Stay away from this place. traded in my car as scrap and they said I would get second year warranty and they charged me for it too. Do not deal with this people they a will tell you everything you want to hear and they won't honor their words.
