I love how you think you know what happened and even act as if you were part of any of these conversations in regards to the trailer we purchased. Now your on here slandering my wife and making her look like the bad person. Even more, you're making me look like I'm a liar and you were perfect angels in this whole situation. My wife DID NOT have a very negative attitude. When putting the trailer down for the FIRST time when picking it up, we were told the power to lift the topper up and down was broken. Then we realized the top and bottom didn't even align, and that was when she became very panicky and was concerned going forward.
You invaded my wife's concerns to me, and as she was naming the reasons why, you were the ones assuring us it was all under warranty, you were the ones who throw in the storage hanging, and right in front of you she said, "if you trust them, go ahead." and she left. That's not having a negative attitude that's being concerned that the trailer your about to buy is a Lemon and not worth what we were going to pay.
When I walked in your store before I started complaining about the trailer, I would be greeted. After, you flat out ignored my existence that's why I choose to only deal with wayne.

Right after my first camping trip after buying this unit, I set up a meeting with Wayne. My wife and I flat out told him we don't want it any more it's supposed to be new, too many problems (especially the leaking), and more fixing throughout the summer then camping. You refused to take it back. Even gave me a truck story. Only difference between your truck and my trailer was I'm sure your truck didn't ram you right after leaving the lot.

Then all the problems came, and lots of them.

Let's make this clear, Wayne choose to buy back the unit, he offered it to me, he told me he didn't want to deal with the problems and also because I reported his staff for the way I felt when I walked in there, In which I wouldn't wish on anyone and in all my years of living I have NEVER felt like that. Your hatred started after me complaining. I had no choice but to agree to the terms, and not once was I happy about it.
You can say what you want, but in the end, we have no reason to lie, or make up stories. We just don't want to see another family screwed. Your trailer ruined our summer, and stole our memories. No one deserves that!

Both my wife and myself are blown away once again dealing with your company. We bought 3 units from you over the years. Each and every time your sales staff walked us through every unit and made sure we understood how things worked and what we are getting. Very Clear throughout the process. Love the "no hidden fees" We didn't have any on closing all 3 times.
With respect to your service department. I just can't enough. We had some minor issues on the road. A few warranty and some just minor problems while traveling. The warranty issues professionally taken care of and delivered on time as promised.
On the road: Called your company. Talked with your service dept. and got great advise on what to do that saved me thousands of $$$$$ from people who may have taken me when traveling.

I wonder if these guys warn the new owners about by-laws of parking the RV's on the driveways! London by-laws state that you shall not park any RV's that are longer than 18-ft on your driveway. So many residents break these by-laws, some because of ignorance, some because they are aholes. Please do your duty as good citizens and warn the customers about the by-law!

I just went in to look at options for tent trailers. I have now met the most disinterested salesman in my entire life. His name was Larry and could not have looked more bored nor been less helpful if his life depended on it. I would not recommend this place and I will be buying my rv somewhere else.
