St. Mary's Ford is an outstanding dealership. I have been privileged to pick up two cars over the last 3 years. Larry has gone out of his way to meet my needs even though they were oh so busy. The cars have been beautifully detailed.
When I needed service for a slashed tire, I was able to call in the morning and Doug got the tire in and on my car by late rhat very afternoon. My husband even commented on the quality of customer interaction. He said that we were treated like valued people.
All in all I recommend St. MARY'S FORD highly for.the quality of service and staff. Many thanks.

Recently I took my car in for the regular oil change etc. While working on the car, the mechanic found out a stabilizer needed to be replaced. They informed me of the work and told me that it would be covered by warranty. Then the service manager explained to me that my brakes also needed to be repaired. He knew I was leaving for holidays and did not want me to get up north and have no brakes.. He explained everything to me including drawing a diagram so I could more easily understand what the problem was. After making an appointment for the next day, he supplied me with a loner car to drive because I had to be in Ingersoll the next day. He said the car would be finished by 4 o'clock. When I called on Friday to see if the car was ready, I was told it was done. I am always well served by everyone in this dealership and the work is always done in the time I have been told. The employees are very helpful and friendly making it a pleasure to return. I will certainly continue to patronize this dealership. Anne Hollis

Top Notch! I drive 4 hours each way to deal with Kipp and the Gang! Could not ask for anything else. Always courteous and over the top quality. 5 stars is not enough :)
