  Horrible service. managers are just as bad as the sales staff. And terrible hours. It’s too bad because the product selection is great, if the leadership in this store cared a little i would shop there.

  I have never been treated so unfair or even worse yet a thief! It isn't anyone's problem but your own if you keep getting ripped off but it doesn't give you the right to rip off the honest working man so maybe you and your clown employees can get together and take care of the epidemic and quit slandering the people that are just in there to shop. Maybe get the proof not just the facts because of some personnel conflict before you start shooting off your mouths or better yet this won't be a rant it will be a full blown LAWSUIT!!! Maybe you deserve to be shut down ..inconsiderate goofs.

  Wouldn't even give a star. Horrible service. Brought badminton rackets to buy new wraps. I bought the more expensive wraps and a set of birdies. They offered to wrap them free of service but said they have never done them before but was confident they could do it as it's a simple job. When they finished both wraps were garbage wrapped - cut too short (staples were showing), not evenly spaced, and now that I've taken them out to use them they didn't even tape them down properly and the wraps are hanging off. The manager was very rude and didn't think they were liable to replace the wraps for me. After arguing with him he only gave me one new wrap for the inconvenience. I also forgot the birdies there due to the confusing situation. So I paid over $30 and only ended up with one set of wraps. Never go back there again.

  terrible service and customer relations- brought my son's bike in to replace the rear inner tube and do a simple tune-up, was quoted three days and under $60.00. Arrive four days later to pick-up bike, invoice was more than the amount quoted by the owner,rear tire was not properly inflated, brakes were loose on handle bars-not tightened down, brakes were also not set up-the wheels were rubbing on the cantilever brake pads so they would not spin freely, when I showed the manager Ryan he readily agreed that this was unacceptable and said he would talk to the owner, and would follow up with the situation, I left with the store with the impression that all they cared about was getting my money, the bike was not repaired properly and I received no follow up communication. I am clearly disappointed and will not spend my time or money there again, would not recommend this place to anyone.
