Such enjoyable and friendly staff. Our experience interacting with the Harris Group at this and other locations with our coffee and water services has always been an absolute delight!!

If i could, i would be giving them -5 stars. Dealt with someone about a year and a bit ago and was promised all sorts of things like it would build my credit and such and i could trade it in in a year Called a year later and got passed around for about 2 weeks. Then i called the manager and he told me he would get someone to call us. Here it is 3 months later we receive some mail saying we can trade it in so i bring my uncle with me and they tell me they cant blah blah blah then started talking down to me because i have stuff in collections. Sold us a bunk car amd false hope, only reason we agreed was the credit building and trade in after a year. Good job guys you ripped off a low income family.

Honesty and integrity in a car dealership is rare, but Harris proved themselves above the norm. With our purchase of a used car, the staff made every effort to ensure that our purchase was going to be a
mechanically sound and comfortable drive and it was done with class. Every whatnot knob and whatever valve was checked and rechecked and fixed as necessary. OK, I know I am not mechanical, but that is why I rely on an honest dealer who will back up what they sell. Thank you staff for going that extra mile. I will be back.response / report this review -

My husband and I have had only good experiences at Harris Oceanside Chevrolet. From our first visit almost a year ago we have been very pleased with their willingness to spend time with us as we explored the possibilities re purchasing a new car - a fully electric car. When we received word that one 2017 Bolt was to be available some time in the early spring, we jumped at the opportunity. Our thanks to Chris and others who kept us in the loop as we waited, and who always had time for our questions. Delivery was in April and we are thrilled with our purchase.

Tons of FAKE reviews on this dealership (all the 5 start reviews are new accounts with only 1 review). A dealership so bad they have to fake their own reputation.
Took my car in for a wheel balance. Quoted $80 bucks, charged $100 + tax - to balance ONE wheel. Then when I got home I found all my wheels inflated to 41PSI (instead of the 30PSI that I always have them set at - as recommended by the manufacturer). These guys can't even use an air compressor correctly, do you really want to trust them with your car?response / report this review -

This dealership doesn't stand behind their used vehicles. Bought one and it completely broke down only days after purchasing it. They didn't provide any support, didn't try to fix the issue, didn't offer to replace it for another one. They told me I was "unlucky", that they were sorry about it, but it was my entire responsibility. I guess if you buy a new vehicle, it might be ok, since the warranty will come from the manufacturer, but would never trust them again for a used one - and would not support that type of corporate citizen. They're not supporting their customers, and not standing behind their products.

Kudos to Sheila and Stephen. Outstanding, friendly and helpful service. They took care of my vehicle when the check engine light came on. Problem fixed. What a relief esp. this dealership is far from home.

Love the Service staff here! Paula, Richard and Gerald have been phenomenal. I had been taking my vehicle here for years after I experienced poor service at another dealership. I recently took my vehicle for servicing elsewhere just out of convenience in the past year. What a bad idea. I got quoted for brake work and a leak in the intake manifold gasket. Since I got the gasket work done at Harris Oceanside a year previously I asked Paula and her team to see if there was still warranty left. There wasn't. It had expired a month previously. But they quoted me a reasonable price (nothing for parts and a deal on labour). They also said my brakes were still fine. The brakes would have cost me over $400 at the other place! This has taught me not to take my car anywhere else. Thanks for the honesty and integrity and incredible customer service!

We took our vehicle in for a wobbly steering and asked them to diagnose the problem. They quoted us $69. When we picked the vehicle up, they had realigned the steering and added some random parts to the order for a total of over $120. As if this wasn't bad enough, they told us the CV boots needed replacing and when we had our own mechanic do the actual repairs, he took photos documenting and even showed us with the tire off that the CV boots were perfectly in tact - no tears or rips or decay at all! Harris quoted almost $400 for a repair that didn't need to be done at all.
