Amazing staff, lovely campground and great rooms which are clean and comfortable with mini golf, river and beach all right at your tips of your fingers with a great playground and pool for everyone to enjoy !

Absolutely disgustingly dirty. Bedding had not been changed. Towels were folded with hair in them. Floor all torn up. And the worst part.the smell in the room. It actually was so gross I was throwing up. Yet still charged. DO NOT STAY in this place. The pictures online showed a beautiful cabin.not at all what they actually are. Worst hotel experience of my life and I travel frequently

This resort changes cancelation dates on web site from 5days to 2 weeks. My son cancelled 10days in advance one of his reservation. I got charge with the deposit . Talked to manager two weeks ago about them changing resort policy ,said he would get back to me. That never happened.Resort management make all kinds of promises to a reunion group and then doesn't come through. No service to guests all weekend . No clean towels ,no cabins clean up,no garbage taken out. This is the worst place to stay.

We arrived late and left early. Motel was clean and comfortable. Screens on the windows to stop bugs and better curtains for privacy are a much needed change. Other than that, was nice.

We just been to the resort for 3days and we can say that we a group of 30 people had an awesome time in the resort. All the staff are very much so approachable and accommodating. All the things you need to have some time away from home are nearly in the resort. Very close to Qualicum beach. We'll absolutely recommend them to other customers.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin for 2 nights and we absolutely enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and the mini put was great. We really enjoyed Melanie the life guardshe was amazing and very attentive to everyone she looked after at the pool. Great Job Riverside Resort we will be back!!!!

The entertainment areas are very well kept, the cabins are great, staff is very helpful and friendly. I'm taking off 1 star because the full hookup area was very jammed, no greenery, basically and dusty parking lot.

Great staff and a fun place to stay with the kids in the summer, waterproof and mini golf are a huge hit, and walking distance to the beach and river

great place friendly staff I've been wintering here for the past two years property is kept clean the store is well stocked Quiet Park no rowdies I will definitely be back in October 2017

Great place. Our dog runs there if he gets out. They keep him safe. The dog loves it there as much as we do.
