We are very happy that SAH is close to us - the staff are all knowledgeable and lovely, Dr. Julian is very sweet and thorough with our somewhat medically-high-maintenance cat and takes our concerns seriously without over-prescribing, and they have always seen us efficiently and helpfully whenever we need to visit. Highly recommend for quality care!

We took our newly adopted rescue to Spadina Animal Hospital. Based on her previous vetting records, she was supposed to be shy and fearful of strangers. We gave the heads up to Spadina Animal Hospital and the entire staff there made sure our dog felt safe and comfortable the whole time. We're happy to make them our go-to vet moving forward!

Staff is really really great here, take incredible care of your animal and treat them like their own. Even though we moved out of the neighbourhood we have continued to visit them when necessary.

I am certain their help saved the life of our Cat and would highly recommend Dr. Julien and Team!

The wait times here have become ridiculous - my dog was seen 30 minutes late two appointments in a row. Today, the vet did not acknowledge how late she was until I mentioned it, and she responded with, "well Saturdays are busy" (which I do understand but expect some acknowledgement at the very least).

Also, it's nearly impossible to see the same vet twice anymore, where I used to be able to see the same vet for every appointment.

Have been bringing my dog here since I got him almost 6 years ago. Staff are always very friendly and caring with him. Dr. Julian is great at explaining what is needed and takes the time to give his thoughts on the need for further treatment or investigations. Herman likes this place so much he tries to go in for a visit when we are walking past on a walk

I took my Frenchie to a couple vets before finding Dr. Julian at the Spadina Animal Hospital. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and my dog loves coming here! The staff at the front is great, and I almost never have to wait. In the couple of instances where we have had emergenciesboth Dr. Julian and the front staff have moved around their entire schedule to ensure our dog gets the treatment she needs! Thanks for everything!

Last time I came to Spadina animal hospital with my dog was about a month ago, I will never go back. Where do I start Dr. Julian was unavailable for my appointment time on two separate occasions and I was forced to reschedule according to his availability. Once I was finally able to see him he was 30 minutes late for my appointment and didn't bother to apologize. The lack of care for my dog was obvious, he ran a number of tests for my dog and I was told I would get the results back in 1-2 days. I had to call on numerous occasions, only to have him call me back over a week later.

A warning to future clients, be prepared for a doctor who is never on time, unapologetic of his actions and uncaring of his patients needs. Prices are fair but the care is severely lacking. Not to mention the large turn over of staff I have noticed in the last 2 years, they used to know me and my dog by name and that is no longer the case.

We have been patients at Spadina Animal Hospital for just over 2 years for our two dogs, Molly and Jolie, an American Terrier and a Pomeranian. The experience begins from the front office and I must say, the girls at the front always show a great level of genuine compassion, attentiveness and knowledge.

As far as the vet himself, Dr Tim Julian is one of the best out there. We have always felt confident in his knowledge and comfortable with his approach to any and all procedures, no matter how small or big. Dr Julian has always been very honest, upfront and thorough and always took the time to educate us about our canine family.

Our dog Molly has recently passed away at the age of 12 due to cancer. While this was an extremely difficult time for our family, I felt comfort in that my dog had the best care possible through this difficult time, and I largely attribute this to Dr Julian and his team as they provided exceptional care and mindfulness through out.

I work in managing medical clinics myself, and while I do not have professional medical experience, part of my job entails evaluating medical practices in their compliance to health care standards in the industry. Needless to say-if this was a medical clinic for people it would pass with flying colours.

We are currently awaiting the arrival of our newest canine addition: a Rottweiler puppy by name of Sasha. We fully intend to get our first round of vaccinations at Spadina Animal Hospital and expect to continue receiving care under Dr Julian. 5 stars well deserved.
