If there was a negative star, I'd choose it. Stay clear of this dealership, both cars I financed were thru this place. Garbage cars, (After they tell you u will be so happy.. Nope.) They promise to "help" you, and then you never hear back from anyone. I was sold a Mazda CX7 from Southdale Motors, and I may as well be mortgaging a house for the price of repairs I've had to fork out. Do not finance a car at Southdale Motors, trust me something wrong will happen the vehicle. They also own 5 Star dealer so If your shopping around, be careful with that dealership as well. Please read!!

Went there to buy a vechile and everyone was great i delt with alfred he was great fast and helped me alot. I would recommend everyone to come here they are all great ppl if you do go just tell them that james sent you they will treat you amazing like family

Once the deal is done they forget about you my wireing is supposed to be fixed and wasnt had called 3or4 times got no where and a year later still the same problems but no one wanted to make it right i dont know 3or4 different sales people dealt with it but dont follow thru with there complaints but still take your money every month i dont know how it was justified will never get a car there again and toufic is a slimey sales man and sam and forget the other guys name

Great service they found use the vehicle we wanted. Our sale rep did all the work so all we had to do was show up sign papers and off we went. This was amazing service when we are so busy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. the sales guy has harassed me sold me a lemon of a car and won't do anything about it or even fix it. The worst service I have gotten anywhere.

The service at SouthDale Motors in London Ontario was exceptional. They were very friendly and very efficient. They helped me with any questions I had and were able to offer great advice to help me find the perfect vehicle suited for me. The representatives who helped me were Toufic & Les. I couldn't ask for a better experience in my search for a vehicle. I would certainly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a vehicle and wants to best service possible.
